I will let the consumer decide. I took my wedding ring to Broyles to have it polished and re-antiqued. I specifically told the owner and the manager to not over polish it. If you do, the mil-grain on the side will wear off and flatten. The picture on the right is how my ring should look. The picture on the left is after I picked it up from Broyles. They blatantly over polished the ring and took off the mil-grain, you don't even need a loop to see that. They told me it was normal wear and tear and only offered a refund. Luckily the ring will be able to be repaired and is not a family heirloom. They have lost any of my future business.

I was referred to Broyles by a friend. My wife and I went in this afternoon with several "issues" related to jewelry. We were helped by Jordan. He was incredibly polite and was patient as we asked our questions regarding the jewelry we had with us. They changed the battery in my wife's Movado watch and cleaned it while we waited. I can't begin to tell you how impressed we were with Broyles Jewelry. I would highly recommend them to all of my friend.

I have known Alan Broyles since he was a very young boy. Knew his dad also. My son and Alan raced BMX bicycles together back when they were young boys. He’s honest and alway does a great job with whatever I ask of him. I highly recommend.

We have been going to Broyles Jewelry for over 30 years. We get our appraisals here for insurance, purchase jewelry and just had my wife's raw emeralds from Columbia re-done and its gorgeous on 7-7-22. I highly recommend this Master Jeweler and his staff.

I am so pleased with their professionalism, customer service, and skilled art of jewelry repair! I brought in an inexpensive piece of jewelry that needed repair that had so much sentimental value to me. It was a butterfly bracelet that my son bought me from the school Santa shop when he was six years old, four years ago. And I loved it. It is beautiful! But it got bent and Broyles Jewelers we're able to fix it without any damage to the finish and did a terrific job! They were so technically careful to protect the Finish! And returned my precious bracelet to me at 100%! I am so pleased! I would recommend them to anybody! I plan to take two more pieces to them for repair. One is a beautiful heart necklace that my husband bought me and the chain broke. I'm sure they can fix it properly and I am going to have them resize my wedding rings. Plus they had beautiful jewelry in the cabinets! I highly recommend this group the pricing is Affordable and repairs and Jewelry are exquisite! This is my new go-to jewelry shop!
