Would be great if I could give negative 5 stars. Terrible experience. Very passive aggressive guy. Terrible customer service. The moment I walked his tone was unfriendly and downright rude. This was my first time there, and will never go back. It is as if if he trying to pick a fight, I remained calm and didn't let his demeanor affect. Misery needs company.I need to pay my bill in person, because I couldn't get it to work online, otherwise I wouldn't go there. Never again.

Maggi was wonderful! She helped me get a new phone and not only did she multi task efficiently with the multiple customers that I saw enter the store at the time of my visit, but she was also hilarious! She is perfect for taking over the store. I was so happy to get my phone from her. :)

I was very impressed by Ms. Maggi's customer service. She is very knowledgeable and very patient while helping customers. She was taking care of three customers at one time and was able to solve everyone's problems. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to switch service over to Boost Mobile.
