I'm not at all certain as to how Boost Mobile is able to be considered a legitimate business. I've been with Boost for 5 years. First time I went to this store the manager/owner Raj appeared to be extremely helpful. Fast forward a few months, I go back to this store and get a new phone and Raj helped me set up autopay for the first time. Life has been so crazy that it took me 10 months to realize that Boost has been charging my bank account twice each month since January 2022 (TEN months). I went in and talked to Raj who said his system didn't show the double charges. He gave me a bogus phone number for "customer support" which led to another guy giving me the same spiel Raj did. And BTW the customer support number that you can find online is an actual joke. It runs you around in circles and never gives you the chance to speak to a live operator. I finally ended up calling my bank and filing 10 separate claims against this boost mobile store (16331 Stuebner Airline Rd, Spring, TX 77379). My bank refunded the $570 that Raj stole from me. I learned my lesson and took myself off autopay. Honestly, life is already so difficult as it is, why is it so hard for people to be good human beings?

I have had the worst experience with this location. I've caught them lying and more importantly cheating me. Such a shady business. It feels like everything is done under the table. Just a matter of time before this place gets reported enough times that it gets shut down.

They take advantage of your money because I was charge insurance when I was not even asked and they want to try to give you promotions but charging more
