Love Karen! Been going to see her quite a few years now. All the cars I have brought to The Body Shop have come back just beautiful! You can not even tell it was bumped, bruised or crashed.

Took my Hyundai Sonata in for a rear bumper fix and they explained everything that needed to be done. Gave a very reasonable estimate. Karen was such a pleasure to work with. She explained everything in detail, sent pictures and videos. Got my car exactly when they said and the work exceeded our expectations. As an added bonus, they washed my car inside and out!! I was so excited (mom car) y’all know how our cars get with towing kids and their friends everywhere. Their warranty last for as long as you own the vehicle they worked on. I've included before and after pictures of the Damage Done. I live in an apartment complex and the Swinging gate closed as I was going through caught my rear passenger door handle and bent it backwards to the point that it stretched the door metal and almost ripped the handle off. I was able to set up a time to bring in my vehicle after I sent them pictures. They were able to provide a partial estimate based on the pictures that I sent which was great and they were able to let me know that they could fix it without me having to waste a trip down there. Miss Karen is extremely courteous and very helpful and so bubbly. It's nice to see someone who seems happy with what they do. They provided me video via email describing the issues that they found during the repairs and provided updated estimates. I was extremely pleased with the outcome as you can see in my pictures the door looks good as new. I will definitely consider contacting this place should anything happen again and would definitely recommend anyone who needs body work to give these folks a call. USE THIS SHOP!!! Period. they are a 5+ I got several quotes where they were very competitive, yet the best part was a superb job done by total professionals, totally satisfied with my highest recommendation. Do yourself a favor, get a quote, the depth they go even there was unmatched (the others were not clear on what needed to be done (my front right strut housing broke loose from the unibody after hitting a curb...-;(( Plus Karen who runs the shop is a superb manager and customer focused, pleasure to work with. **** Get a quote from them, as one of a couple of others, they are fair and complete, no surprises

Our 2017 Honda Accord got bumped in the back with damage to bumper and trunk lid. Fixed perfectly. For the last 25 years we have never used anyone else. They have handled all body and paint work for us including our teenage children back in the day. Did complete re-paint on my son's Ram 2500. Now our Grandchildren are teenagers so I guess they will get more business.Service: Body & Trim
