I cannot express the level of care I received tonight from this hospital. Not only did they move super quickly to take care of my baby, they let me voice every concern that I had and took time with me to give me a peace of mind. Luckily, we did have a "false alarm" but, they still took the time to tell me what to look out for. I have never been helped by someone so caring and helpful. Thank you for all of your kindness tonight!! If I could give more stars... I would.

Exceptional service! I want to write this review while my emotions are high. My darling cat had a heart failure early this morning and I brought him over to the BluePearl Pet Hospital for evaluation. From the moment I stepped in I was taken care of on the highest possible level. Unfortunately, my Benny did not make it and I had to say goodbye to him. Compassion, care, understanding, and empathy from everyone who cared for Benny this morning were above any expectations. I had other cats that were older and left us a while ago and never we were treated in a such royal way. I would like to mention all these wonderful and amazing people by name: Norma and Wendy at the reception and admission, Dr. Nguyen who evaluated Benny and provided me with the diagnosis, and most of all a technician - Amber! Amber went above and beyond comforting me, explaining the process in such a way that it did not feel dry and impersonal, caring for our so much-loved Benny in his last moments. Norma! Wendy! Dr. Nguyen! Amber! Thank you from all my heart for making Benny's passing as humane and peaceful as possible.Let us remember our Benny young, happy and beatiful!

Our regular vet clinic referred us to bluepearl in order to have an ultrasound done on my boy. They were prompt, and professional. Obtained results the next day.

I am ashamed to have to even give this pathetic, heartless hospital a star.I called in advance of my leaving the country for a week, to set up my pets care if something were to happen while I am away and unable to be contacted and they will not help.I have to leave a credit card with a 50k limit with my sitter and be contacted to authorize the treatment, should they be in a life or death situation while leaving my policy numbers for the pet insurance with them?I offered to give them my card number, I had given them over 3k in payments in the past immediately. But payment on the spot and be reachable or we let your dog die, so much for being proactive.Another pet hospital said you're a joke, they have my business, because you're a joke.

Superb care, knowledgeable doctors, and phenomenal service over all. Special shout out to Emma, she is truly amazing. And I use that word about once every 10 years. She did a great job taking care of my Puppy Warrior.

It took a few hours but the time was well spent for Durango, our cat, to receive a THOROUGH examination, CT Scan and then a diagnosis for us to make a decision of what to do regarding his problem. I appreciated the time the doctor spent with me discussing Durango’s CT Scan.

Only had one vet on staff when we showed up but a great team of peeps to help out. They got to Ricci fairly quick. Vet was awesome. Gave options, answered questions, and then suggested best route to go at this time which surprised me since it was the least expensive route. Went with that and the pup showed a quick turn around the next day. Staff was very comforting. Thanks Blue Pearl.

Our English Bulldog became suddenly ill late on a Sunday. We rushed her in not know what could possibly be wrong as just a fee hours earlier she was playing and a normal bully. We arrived at Blue Pearl and completed our paperwork, within 10 min or less they had taken our girl back to start test. They then brought us to a private room where they gave us the news we were not expecting. Our fur kid had a tumor on her spleen that had ruptured. She was bleeding and very sick. They were very caring, calm and sympathetic. They gave us some options. We made the decision to have it removed and they started that procedure right away. They kept us informed from start to finish and continued to check on our girl several times on her progress. We are very pleased with the outcome and that we get to have our fur kid a bit longer. Thanks so much to all the surgeons and staff at Blue Pearl who saved our girls life.

This is where you bring your pet in critical condition. From arriving they had my Frenchie in the back getting care in less than a minute. The entire team was so professional and were very sensitive to our feelings as we feared for for our little girl’s life. Sailor our 4 year old Frenchie is alive today because of the incredible staff at Blue Pearl. On a side note they had us authorize up to 5k for her overnight care. We were surprised when we got our bill after she was released to be a quarter of that. We will always bring our fur babies here for anything serious in the future.

I usually have great experiences but this time I was disappointed the vet could do nothing with my fearful cat. Unless of course I wanted to spend 1000 to fully sedate him. Shouldn’t er vets know how to deal with anxiety in animals?
