We took our pet in for what seemed like vestibular disease. Which he did have and we later found out that it was brought on by an ear infection not old age as blue pearl suggested. Blue pearl did full blood work and the doctor told us that his liver enzymes were high but it wasn’t nothing to worry about. The doctor was very wrong!!! When we took our dog to our normal vet she did find a liver in distress and his prognosis was weeks to month to live. No they weren’t able to save our pet but to give us a totally wrong diagnosis is not ok. The vestibular was not brought on by old age it was caused by a very bad ear infection that requires daily cleaning that should have started that day! When they saw the liver enzymes were high they should have suggested more test not tell us not to worry about it. As our pet was sent home to suffer from pain that pancreatitis cancer causes. This place is absolutely the worst for vet care and if you are reading this and love your pets like we love ours stay away from here.

I took my French bulldog to the Internal Medicine office at the Spring location with Dr. Schmidt for bladder problems. The doctor and staff were all exceptionally professional, kind, and thorough. His detailed notes made it clear for us to understand what was being tested and why the tests were needed. I was reassured that Buttercup was in the best of hands. Thank you Blue Pearl!

Efficient and caring. Gave good details and took the time to explain and illustrate the specifics of my dog's cancer. They got her in for treatment quickly. I appreciate the care and not wasting my time.

I was extremely disappointed in Dr. Christina Noto the DVM on duty. She acted as though we were wasting her time. Even though she told us Belle needed $10,000 + surgery or we should Euthanize her. Her diagnosis was wrong. She acted as though she did not want to be bothered with my pet, we were stuck there several hours. They did nothing to help our pet. We still ended up paying over $2,000 in costs. Very disappointed in her lack of professionalism.

As for putting my animal down I’m happy with the services and the ladies that helped but Jesus Christ $428 you have to have an urn. Let me tell you I get yall go through another company a both business have to make money BUT WOW & NOT EVERYONE HAS $428 Nor to do a payment plan.
I highly highly recommend Everyone taking their rip fur babies to Live Oak in Anderson Tx for cremation their prices are way more affordable 0-25lb is $125!!! With a free urn IF I want it.

The people working at Blue Pearl and the medical staff were kind and attentive. Dr. Hurst personally called 2x to go over the procedure and then the after care. It is expensive(that is the only reason for 4 stars), but when your furry child needs immediate care you do what you have to.

Took my dog here for a snake bite on a Friday night. The staff was very friendly. There was a long wait time, however given it was late on a Friday night there were a lot of emergencies coming in that took priority which is understandable. The vet techs and the vet were very good and gave me ample information. Once they took my dog back I knew he was in good care.
I would reccomend them. Note of advice: bring a jacket, as it was very cold in the waiting room!

One star because zero isn’t an option. I took my cat to Blue Pearl after he was found to be running a fever and severely anemic by his regular vet. The vet who saw us used the bloodwork results from his regular vet, which included a false positive test for FeLV to more or less declare him a lost cause. She couldn’t even be bothered to take 2 minutes to remove him from his carrier and physically examine him. I’m sure everything that she told me was 100% scientifically correct, but patient care is more than just reciting from a textbook. Very often, it’s not what you say that matters, it’s how you say it. I hope the vet we saw learns that as her career progresses. In the end, I left Blue Pearl and took my cat to the VEG in Houston, where we had a far better experience. Well worth the drive from Spring.

The care was what I expected
But WATCH THE MONEY!!
Estimate was between 1,300 and 1,600
For specific tests (sonogram, x-ray and needle biopsy)
Actual cost over $2,200.00
I’m on a fixed income!!
What was the purpose of the estimate???
Their explanation- “Oh, I don’t know why we didn’t put those items on the original estimate. They should have been included. We’re sorry”.
But they still charged me!!

I brought in my dog very early in the morning for a seizure. The staff was very quick in taking him back. Dr Harris was very attentive and compassionate when coming in to speak about his condition. During the day while he was under their care I received regular text updates and photos! Can’t say enough good things about our experience in what was a nerve wracking time.

We had to bring our dog here in the wee hours of the morning because he was bloating. They had to perform emergency surgery and he stayed for a few days. While there he received the best of care. I got twice daily updates and everyone was so nice. It made such a horrible and scary experience so much better knowing our boy was so well taken care of. They actually saved his life!
