Super over priced. Came in looking for a pool cue and was planning on spending quite a bit of money. The employees stayed in their seats looking straight ahead at their computers. When asked a question, they seemed irritated to even be answering. Save your money and shop online or elsewhere.

Purchased 4 barstools for our renovated condo on the West Beach of Galveston Island. We got them from the Woodlands store. We loved the service, quality of barstools and even the prices. We searched all over Houston and found our desired barstools here. 5 stars from us.

I walked in an got two new cue tips I stalled by Jacob with now wait. He did a great job while I waited. He hit with my cues for a few minutes to make sure that I didn't have any issues with them after I left. Very friendly guy.

This is definitely a store I will never do business with again nor will I recommend anyone use them. During the sales process, sercice was really great. After I put money down on theater seats, the service went out the door. Multiple months went by and there was zero follow up. They blame the manufacturer every single time i called ro check on my order. This company has zero commitment to getting product to the customer. Order times are triple of what they state so they drag you along to keep your money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased a cue online which later, an email was sent that it was out of stock. The customer service was extremely pleasant and told me to go to the Spring location and pick out a cue in-store, and the money that was already removed from my account would be applied in-store. I did exactly as told and found my perfect cue. They took another payment form in-store, and Steve stated it would be easier to refund my online order (PayPal). This was over three weeks ago, and I still have not received a refund. Paypal stated they never initiated the refund. I have contacted the store several times only to be told they will call me back and never do. This incident has changed my whole outlook on using them again. I still patiently awaiting a phone call and refund. ☹

I recently purchased a cue stick for their online store and I was shocked at some of the low prices on them. Some really nice cues and the cost depending on your skill level and budget were in my opinion more than fair priced.I did have a little hick up with the shipping of my order, but once I sent them an email inquiring about my purchase they were quick to reply and my cue was shipped the very next day.Overall I would give them a 9/10.Great service and amazing deals.Nice job Billiard Factory!

Really knowledgeable salesperson, was able to help me through many different options and styles of pool tables. No pressure sales here. They also have card tables and much more, definately worth checking out if your looking to furnish your game room or just want to upgrade your pool cue.

My friend needed a cue so I went with her to this place. The man was pleasant to work with, answering rookie questions and offering what we thought was genuine information which would help find the right one. It was actually awesome information and after doing more research online we found he was right on the money. Recommend this place for quality products and helpful knowledge.
