Terrible experience! I came to this pharmacy after seeing their website and how they stated that they were different from large chain pharmacies and focused on customer service. This definitely isn't true. Tina Marie Sam was the pharmacist that addressed me that she wouldn't fill my prescriptions Bc I didn't have a close by address on my licensed. I explained how I had moved to the area. She responded that she didn't care. She violated the ethical principles related to heathcare. This mom and pop place is headed to closure. Stay away!

Unwelcoming/Unprofessional staff that spoke to me from their computers in the back. Only guidence I got on how to get the prescription from my son's ENT Doc sent to them was a finger pointing at the door with their phone number.

They are slow to get your prescriptions filled and very rude when you ask for a time frame on when to expect them. (such as today, tomorrow or next week) I will never use them again. You'll be better off using Pharmacy Innovations down Louetta from them.
