I admit that I have noticed best buys customer service getting worse and worse. So I actually bought their total care package for my mother's house and for my own house. So I have 2 of them at a $179 apiece per year and they automatically renew, oh and I've used them. And now that that portion of their customer service has devolved as well, so I bought a microwave on sale that they had on sale there. There were only a few left but I got in there in time and then I scheduled the delivery while I'm in the store so I take off work this. Day and? I actually went into the office and came home to make sure I'm here in time but they emailed me and they told me that I need to schedule my installation. I'm messaging back saying I already have it scheduled for today. So I ended up talking to a person who is a total care concierge because I get this amazing supposed service now and they said oh yeah, there was a computer glitch, apparently, so they don't have any more of your microwave. So no, that's not what happened, they sold it to somebody else I was like. You know what? But that's okay, just you make it right? Then we're good. This is okay. You, we have these others you can buy, but you got a big difference, cause these are on sale, but they're not as good as the sale I got in addition, they can't deliver it get it to me today for to to finish the installation that I took off for but I can go pick it up in person. Okay, I can do that, but but long as long as it's done today, this is the day I need it. It's like, oh no. No, we can try delivering next week sometime, but no, that's not an option, they have gotten worse.

Very bad service, they ask you when you enter what you are doing, they have to tell you someone to take care of you and I was waiting for more than 30 minutes ? ?

Just bought a TV here and the lady was very rude and unprofessional, I wanted to use my rewards and she would not know how to use that, not very knowledgeable about rewards or membership. She was talking to me very rude , and sent me out with no warranty for the tv.

Let me introduce you to Andrew. He was an electronic Angel from about. I was having major problems with my cell phone and all he did was spend the next hour putting it all back to normal for me when I was having a stressful moment. The guy was great.
