Steven "Steve-O" last night was the best sales associate I have ever encountered at an electronic store in my life. He answered all my questions and walked around the store with me until we figured out a solution for what I needed. Give him a raise!

Chili was unbelievably knowledgeable and excited to share about the various tv selections. Easy to get lost in there but came out with something quality at our price point.

Best Buy is a sad sight compared to years ago. It looks like a ghost town besides the half dozen gamer appearing employees you seem zooming around. When there is someone in mobile phones it's a line or long weight to get service or there is no one working the area. They do still have some very good clearance pricing!

This review is for the friendly service I received yesterday. I was actually here to meetup with a lady to sell something from Facebook Marketplace. I informed the lady at the checkout counter and she was more than willing to witness our transaction. While waiting, other associates asked if I needed anything. I appreciate them going out of their way to make me feel at ease.
