His company is located in the neighborhood I live. What a great find it was as I found that this well run company under Mr. John McIntyre's leadership provided and continues to provide "Excellent Cost Effective Service". Along with honesty, integrity and excellence in service, I highly recommend Bertini's car service for repairing all kinds of cars made from Europe, Japan and USA . John not only manages the operation but also does the repairs.He is an expert in this field and provides real practical affordable solutions. He is a caring individual and does not put pressure to secure a job.

Bertini European Service Center worked on my S550 Mercedes Benz and previously serviced my BMW 760. The owner and the entire group of personnel including mechanics at Bertini European Services Center are great persons and very professional. They attend to you with professionalism. The mechanics are precise on identify the issues with my car. If they don’t find anything with your car, the mechanic informed you right away. There is no overcharging or unnecessary repairs done on your vehicle like Mercedes Benz dealers. I recommend Bertini European Service Center to all owners that owns Mercedes, BMW and other European vehicles.

Bertini’s has serviced my Audi on several occasions. Their prices are reasonable and service friendly. John is willing to explain everything and anything about the repairs. The last service was just an oil change that had to be rescheduled due to a hurricane. Scheduling was prompt and convenient once conditions were safe.

I ride a 2006, R350 Benz, and I thank Bertini’s European Service Center for their expertise, attention to detail, technical know-how, and excellent service experience that has made it possible for me to enjoy this car. I was introduced to Bertinis three years ago by another Car Service Center, when they could not fix a routine service issue with the car.
With Bertinis you get the wealth of experience of a seasoned service Mechanic, where all sub specialties of car service ranging from pure mechanical, auto electrician service, body works, wheels, all coordinated and harmonized by state of the art computer diagnostics. It is a “Team work”. The head of the Team is the owner and the Director.
Apart from the efficiency of prompt service delivery, Bertinis saves you a lot of money on parts. They get you genuine Benz parts, at affordable rate. And the labor is reasonable because, your car is never kept in the workshop amassing hours on end, for most average services, you get your car same day. But if it is a major work, and parts are not the cause of delay; then you get the car the next day.
Your pleasant service experience with Bertinis starts with ‘Front Office’. There you have a knowledgeable, courteous lady, who will make you welcome, and make you feel at home. If you are not in a hurry, then you can enjoy the hospitality of the waiting room with coffee, cold drinks from the fridge, and multichannel cable TV entertainment, plus latest magazines on various car models.
On the routine basis, business is brisk, and efficient. Diagnosis are made promptly, and you are advised about the most efficient method and techniques to repair the car and bring it back working for you on the road.

At the end of the service, especially if it is a major repair, the Director will advice you and counsel you about your car. Or home, as the case may be. And if you are coming to the Service Center to collect your car, and you cannot make it on your own, transport will be sent for you.
Moreover, if you have any interaction with the young men in the front office, they are warm, caring, and interested in your business, and they are always ready to help you.
Overall, you have an excellent outfit in Bertinis, where efficiency, service, and decency are the watchwords. With kind, courteous , ancillary service providers who are friendly and caring. All these project a vibrant and conducive environment for fixing a car. The outfit services not only Mercedes Benz, the repertoire of brands of car serviced here include BMW, Volvo, and Audi.
I recommend Bertini’s European Service Center without any reservations to anyone who owns these European cars, knowing fully well that the experience will be an eye opener, and a beginning of a lasting relationship.
