I had one visit with Katie and she did an ok job of cutting and highlighting my hair. I scheduled 10 weeks in advance for my next appointment and less than an hour before the appointment she canceled stating that another client was taking longer than expected. She did not offer a solution and she did not call the next day. This snafu put me in a huge bind as it is impossible to find a stylist last minute and I have an event in the coming week for which I need to presentable and professional. I am shocked at how poorly and unprofessionally she handled the situation and I will not go back to her. I would not recommend her based on her poor business practices.

Katie did an amazing job on my hair! She is so kind and personable with her clients. She is also quick to respond and made the overall experience very enjoyable.

katie does a fabulous job every visit. she cuts my hair and my girls hair too. we've definitely challenged katie too - fixing up my 4 year olds hair when she decided to cut her own hair. i highly recommend katie.
