This place is awesome, I love a good cream puff, and they always do a good job! Great place to come get a coffee and relax or get dessert. The creme brulee is my fave but my go to is chocolate with matcha filling.

We always come here and usually the service is very good however tonight it was the worst.
We were not greeted, we went to the register and she stood there in silence not acknowledging our presence so we just proceeded to order. One of our eclairs was dropped from the tray they sit on and they still gave it to us that way, the guy who prepared our eclairs shoved the box at us when he finished preparing them and just walked away.
We paid $22 for 6 eclairs which we don't mind at all cause usually the service is good but today it was terrible. Owner please check on your employees cause they aren’t providing good customer service and customers will stop going for that.

Very creamy and delicious. They have a big variety of options to choose from. If you have a sweet tooth, you definitely need to visit!

The food is good but the customer service sucks. ALWAYS double check your order before you leave. We were missing 9 out of the 12 puffs ordered for a birthday. The guy in the front counter is obviously cool and handled the situation very well, but the lady next to him was terrible at her job and gave us weird looks. She prob ate it LOL. Anyways jokes aside, be sure to double check your order.

We’ve visited Beard Papa’s twice now - the puffs are okay, nothing special. It’s clear that customer service is not their top priority, as both visits we encountered unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Likely won’t be returning.

Bought a six pack of cream puffs to help celebrate my birthday because I (mistakenly) thought it would similar to the cream puffs I’ve had in Japan. NO THEY WERE NOT! ?
The “puff” portions were oddly dried out but still somehow chewy. (stale?) The cream part was… ***way*** more cream than puff. The taste of the cream flavors were “ok” but for the fact there was so much of it, I sorta feel the balance was off.
The young girls behind the counter were more cute than helpful. They appeared bothered by my wife and I entering the otherwise empty store. They oddly were *completely* clueless about about the items for sale in the store after we asked questions.
While your results may vary, I have no desire to give this store or this food another try.

Overall, the cream puffs did taste good and yes this is a franchise. The creams they stuff it with are definitely one of the best I've had?. But I wish the puffs were a little more flaky and soft. I think the cookies and cream with vanilla was definitely the best. But for a nice changeup I like the matcha. The chocolate was good but not my preference. The reason why their cream is so good is because it's not overly sweet!

Stopped in after lunch, the flavors are great and price is very reasonable. I would suggest anyone to stop by here and give it a try. The man working here is great and explains everything for people who have never had it before.

The Shu-creams were excellent. The guy was very kind. I know it's a chain, and well-known that they're not inexpensive, but that's the only reason why I cannot go there often.I would remove the "Please throw away your trash and put your chairs in." label. It doesn't look welcoming for people who spend a lot of money for small sweets. Also remember, if you leave them in your hot car for a few minutes, the cream will spoil rather quickly and get sour, so one must be careful to keep them chilled.

This low star review is not a reflection of the young girl working. She was tryin n was the only one there. There was nothing to select. She needs help n it was Saturday. Couldnt but anythg cuz there was nothing to buy. Im sure its good tho. It was 7pm sign said closed at 9 i believe.

First time ever trying Beard Papa's. I had no idea what to order but Jhelyn was incredibly welcoming and very helpful! I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.
