PNC basically sucks... Their Atm machines are always broken or out of cash... Or just Slow... They use old machines with outdated software on them. Their online banking is down all the time for extended periods.. They have troubles connecting to 3rd party apps and sites... And they reconcile the accounts in weird batches at odd times... Making it impossible to rely on what you see when you log in because it all may change when they update... It's just an amateur bank... You would think they could get basic banking right... But.. It seems like they just kinda do just enough... Just enough to get by.... Maybe we should be thankful they even do that... Some banks are worse... Yes.. It's true..

Worst PNC location in spring, always too busy to help you, system is always down. Not only this but do they pick and choose when they want to break the rules...for certain customers. If I could leave names I would, most employees need to be checked & updated.

We had this account from BBVA and decided to stay with PNC Bank. Unfortunately, our experience is disappointing. Especially if someone in your family is foreign, DON'T BANK WITH THEM, stay away. The client service phone line will comment: "If they are not from there, what are they here?" It is sad to see institutions do not understand that many American citizens have family outside the USA. As for the branch, it is so hard to work with them that I would look for a different banking institution that is truthful to you.

I really didn't appreciate the treatment from the staff at this location. I was trying to cash a cashier's check. They gave the run around about some error code and how the manager would need to approve the transaction who was not in at the time. Ironically, they didn't know when the manager would return. I went to the location in The Woodlands, no error code, didn't have to get a manager signature. No problem at all topped with great customer service.

This bank denied allowing me to cash my payroll check and marked it, then told me to go deposit into my own bank which has caused WEEKS of money issues because of coarse my bank denied a marked check. I've been with my company for 4 years, and this is the only location I've had this issue with. Absolutely obsurd and after reading the rest of these reviews, this is a horrible location that just needs to shut down.

They are very kind and professional but DO NOT BANK with them. Hardly any of their locations are open are Saturday. This location had one bank teller with 15 people in line….the bank app wasn’t working. The worst part is the debit card spending limit cannot be increased. They told me that they couldn’t increase it for the day and I wasn’t able to pay my rent.I’m going back to Bank of A. They always used to increase my debit card limit there.

This place is AWFUL. Hands down don’t even bother calling, they never answer the phone. Customer Service is terrible. Making a cash deposit is immediately posted ( I worked for BBVA) this place HOLDS it. Just don’t bother - too many banks to choose from to choose here

HORRIBLE service! I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for a simple deposit while the teller was completing transactions for other drivers that had arrived way after I did. Completely unfair! It's too hot and gas is still too high for this stupidity.

Absolutely horrible... customer service.20 min to get cash inside with 1 customer in line. One person working drive thru and inside clients.There were a lot of staff in the office giggling talking to themselves ignoring customers. Wow. I will avoid this location until they replace the staff.Consistent theme though they had a hard time coming up with a few $x00 for a cash with a draw makes one wonder.
