One of the worst banks. The app was done for most of the day and I couldn’t check my accounts.. Also, they won’t you take more than $800 out of the ATM per day…which is inconvenient when you have to make rent payments with cash or money order

PNC is the worst bank ever. I wanted to make a transfer of funds to another bank. As part of their verification, they asked me to choose from a list- what was the tag number of a car I traded in 5 years ago? It was a car my wife drove. Who can answer a question like that?My remedy was to talk to a human at their help line. Except it was after hours, so I have to wait til the next day, delaying my transfer for another day.I'm closing my account at this bank at the earliest opportunity.

Every time I've gone to this location the staff has either been incompetent, super slow, or unprepared to help. I dreaded going in every time and I could feel my blood pressure rising due to their poor service. I recommend all new staff or a different bank.

Came in to make a withdrawal. They had me the only customer in the building waiting for 15/ 20 min after showing my identifications they where talking in Spanish which I understood every word. She kept telling her that she was not happy with the identification so she was going to verify something else… then that was clear but she said let me verify this and that was ok then something else. After about 10/15 of that I finally said something in English and Spanish. Then they took off to the back room took a long time called another employee now three. I asked for all large bills and even that could be filled properly. Awful experience with this bank I work and put every dime that in that account and have the right to walk in and pull money out with out being treated or made to feel like it’s not my account after showing proof and patiently.

PNC has done a good job at finding a way to run off a very patient and forgiving customer that they acquired from BBVA. The customer service & offerings have been severely degraded under their ownership.

Stay away from PNC, they are crooks who just want to get your money! Went to that branch to close my account because they told me waiver on fees expires soon. Even though I closed account before waiver expiration, they started charging me their fees. It is very difficult to get them removed, especially when account is closed. Take your business to a legitimate bank, do not have any deal with PNC!

Great bank, excellent bank manager Charles and tellers, went above and beyond. Combined with a good online banking product, I'm glad I made the switch about a year ago.

One of my worst experiences in banking to date!! I have been given a total run-around from branch-to-branch! And what I am trying to do is simply update a bill pay! Should be simple enough to handle in 15 minutes. But hours into my day, no one can help me! Wow. Definitely will not be opening any accounts with PNC!

I use PNC Mortgage just for my mortgage loan. They are new in my area and I really wasn’t sure if i would like them for a personal banking. After talking to Charles the bank manager concerning a insurance claim. I opened an account and would give his customer service a HIGH 10. Customer service is hard to come by these days. Charles even stayed late to help me.
