Visited the branch yesterday and had interaction with four different staff members, Rai, Loriela, Azhou, and the branch manager. and found them all to be courteous, prompt, professional and helpful. No wonder its' a busy BOA branch.

Terrible service! More than an hour waiting to be attended to and the treatment is very very despicable zero stars
