Been a few times and the staff has always been helpful. My most recent trip was to replace my car's battery. Carlos P not only tested it to make sure it needed to be replaced, but also helped to install it. He offered insight as to what may have caused it to drain so fast and future products to consider if the problem occurs again.

Customer service was on point by far one of the best i've been to.. Dominique anthony singleterry was a representative who helped me out.. He went over and beyond the expectations, and made sure that I was taking care of.. If it wasn't for him I would still be stranded.. Thank you dominic for all your help my friend..

Robert and staff were extremely helpful in replacing my battery that suddenly failed this morning. Robert was kind and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this location again!

Mr. Robert Palmer assisted me with OUTSTANDING customer service. I needed help with my battery and he ensured that my battery completely failed. He presented me with options without breaking my wallet. I am so happy I ran into someone that actually cares about their customers and their safety. I had to come give praise when praise is due! Hands down, OPTIMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, WONDERFUL SMILE, ? & A BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT!!!???

I went to buy a couple of things for my car which I have no idea how to replace since I've never done it before. The staff there are awesome! They go above and beyond for their customers. Ben and Robert were very helpful in finding what I needed and helping me how to install them. I'm glad that this place is so close to my house and I am not hesitating to give them a 5 star for their exceptional service! Thank you!

Had a check engine light on my son’s car 02 Impala used but good. Didn’t know the problem so one of the guys that work there, a fellow US Veteran and now friend Dominique not only diagnosed the problem for me but also gave me a hand in changing that part.. Thanks Dom” thanks to you my son is back on the road again.. loved his attitude, how courteous he was and also how knowledgeable he was about what the problem could have been. We need more AutoZone workers like this man. He was a lifesaver for me.

I don’t write many reviews but I had to on this occasion.
I went to the Birnham Woods location AutoZone and wanted to get someone to see why I had a check engine light. It was a faulty gas cap and he explained how to resolve the issue. I then mentioned I needed windshield wipers for my vehicle. Not only did Tim (the manager) pick the ones I needed, he went outside and replaced them for me (all 3). This guy went above and beyond. Come to this location for great service. You’re in and out with exactly what you need. Thanks Tim.

I got a new battery and the staff was very helpful. They even let me borrow a step ladder and tools so I could change it out right in the parking lot. Great service, location, and very friendly group of guys. Thank you!
