They seem to use bait and switch tactics. They told me one price and upon arrival the vehicle is no longer available and attempted to upsell me a different vehicle.

It was all great during the sales process but once you need the vehicle serviced it's completely different. I brought my vehicle in on Nov. 21st, I understand it was a holiday week. They said they didn't have any loaner vehicles until Jan. We waited and waited, no eta. We ended up having to rent a vehicle and pay out of pocket for a week. My car was not inspected until Dec 2nd. I didn't get it back until Dec 9th. After all of that, the issue we sent in for still has not been fixed. Almost 3 weeks for nothing. This is the last time we'll be purchasing a Jeep.

If I could give this dealership less than one star, I would. They need to be reported to the BBB for their poor service and business practices. They have owed me money for my clean title trade in for 27 days and counting. When I went to the dealership to inquire about my payment, management was condescending, bullying and unprofessional. Laughed in my face and blamed it on the post office. One of their staff walked over and raised her voice in a reprimanding tone towards me. Simply disgusting. Stay away from this dealership. They simply do not care about their customers, and they will leave you high and dry. BUYER BEWARE !! Read all of their one star reviews and find a different dealer to give your hard earned money to.

Benjamin gave me his number to stay in contactact for when he gets a 5500 in stock. We'll when I called on Saturday he gave me a attitude that he is not like the rest of the sales man and don't call him on weekends. He said he will call back and never did. I called again and during the week and same thing he said he will call back. He is always grumpy and I had to buy a 5500 somewhere else. Why wouldn't you want my business? I'm the one purchasing

By far the most disreputable dealer in Harris County & I have dealt with at least 5 over the last 10 years. The name is AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring. 21027 Interstate 45, Spring, TX 77388. They have Today advertised a 2023 Jeep Renegade Upland 4x4 for lease at $459 a month. 36-month lease. Here is what they don't tell you what the lease is based upon. to get this rate on a 36 mo. lease you need to put $2350.00 down, plus tax tags & other fees totaling 1650. plus upfront charges for protecting the interior, outside preparation, an outrageous amount for interest & destination charges making the 36-mo. rate $689. month for a $31,095. jeep, a difference of $230. a mo. from their advertised rate of 459.00 a month after paying in advance a $1650. upfront charge before the $689. monthly charge. Can you spell deceptive, sleazy & misdirection? The last jeep I leased through another dealer was 30K no money down, a higher interest rate, for the same term at $415 a month. They handed me the keys and I drove away no money down as it should be. The ad was totally misrepresented with the monthly lease price being on a different planet from what they advertised. STAY AWAY FROM THESE People!!!

Isn't worth any stars but unfortunately I have to put one to submit this. Autonation Extended Warranty Word to the wise. Autonation looks for any excuse to not pay a claim. I paid good money for the Platinum coverage. My truck was within the mileage and they cover injectors, (not cheap). But because I did not turn in the paperwork request within 30 days, it was denied. Now from where I sit. I paid the warranty up front, I was well within my rights to get reimbursed because in was covered. So who cares if it's not within 30 days. Don't ever get this coverage, they find any excuse not to pay. I looked through all my paperwork for this warranty and no where does it say, I have 30 days. I think they didn't give me that restriction in writing for a reason.

The service department will very rarely answer the phone. They just keep sending you back into the automated answering loop just so they don't have to speak with you. Terrible service with no accountability for their staff.

Today I went to have my battery replaced. Service advisor Daniel told me that battery replacement required a factory mandated drainage test that required 5 hours. Of course, me being a mild-mannered man, absolutely acted unbecoming. Daniel told me he would try to work something out. Approximately 20 minutes later Daniel came in, handed me the keys and said I was ready to go. Big grateful shout out to "the fixer" Daniel. He solved whatever problem Chrysler Corporation has with such a minor problem as exchanging a battery!!

I have bought three trucks in the last four years from this dealership. Do you think they would be a little more attentive and responsive when I needed something I just called to book service because having issues with some of the electronics in my 2022 ram TRX And they told me I cannot get it in there for service for the next two weeks and then it Hass to be there for 4 to 5 days for on top of that for diagnostics and then I can't even get a loaner or possibly a rental which makes no sense especially under warranty needless to say I will most likely never go back there for service or to buy another vehicle. I have found now found a nice little dealership north of Houston that will now be getting all of my service and sales.
