Today was my 3rd time taking my vehicle to Bob’s Auto. Though today was the first major job. I got my A/C fixed followed by a few other things. This really is a great place from the receptionist to Bob. Very happy with my service from them. Keep it up I will be back!

Have gone to bobs recently and they have fixed my AC and side door previously. I have a serious leak somewhere in the car where water gets inside and has gotten the entire floor wet. Not only did he not fix the problem but also charged me for the labor. I get it’s a business but it’s like he didn’t even bother to check underneath the carpets or the trunk where I discovered there was a pool of stagnant gross rain water. Thanks for nothing

My car would NOT start Monday morning so AAA sent me a list of their recommended shops to have it towed to. I selected Bob's after seeing their ratings and how long they have been in business. They did not disappoint! The Office Manager/Receptionist was super friendly and kept me updated on what was going on and made sure I was okay with the work they were doing. She called me about 2 hours after the car was dropped off to them and told me it was fixed and ready to pick up. The technician that greeted me was very kind and professional as well. Great service, and great price. Thank you Bob's Auto Express!

I thank you all for fixing my truck. I was sent here from Valvoline on FM1950. I saw a lot of old school cars. Great customer service, and they took their time to get it right. Valvoline Oil Change broke a piece of their dipstick in my oil reservoir or engine. I was told it was a small piece. It was a big piece of plastic that broke off. I kept it as a souvenir. Thanks!!!

I first posted this 5* rating 8+ years ago, and Bob is still my go-to guy for anything related to car maintenance. I’ve had several occasions when I’ve taken my car in without a clue as to what was wrong and it turned out to be something simple and Bob didn’t even charge me. Recommended my son take his truck to Bob 2 years ago when he was having a/c problems & another mechanic was quoting him $3000+ to remove the entire dash to search out a supposed “Freon leak”. Bob and his crew identified that the inlet air filter was super clogged…replaced it at minimal charge and my son’s a/c has been working like a charm ever since.
