“look no further if you’re looking for a PDR professional. after my brand new 2024 lexus went through a hail storm and had dents everywhere (roof, side, hood, chrome moldings etc), and unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover, i was on the hunt to find someone for PDR. i spoke with 6 different professionals and all of them said majority of my parts would need to be replaced, it won’t be possible to take out the dents etc. i am so glad i took the chance and went to Chad for an estimate. he gave me the most reasonable price, and said he would be able to get out all the dents. LET ME TELL YOU, he did an AMAZING job. he exceeded my expectations. my car looks brand new, i am in awe every time i see my car now. please don’t waste your time and go to anyone else for PDR! chad will save your car like he did mine!”

“I wanted to take the time to write this review because I’ve been to other car washes and my experience had always been mediocre. I recently started going to Ishine not so long ago and I met the manager Christopher Urbina the first day I took my car. Chris took the time even though it was pretty busy to explain to me the plans they offered and the options available. He got my car in for detailing pretty quickly after I arrived and offered me a drink and snack while I waited for my car to be done, updating me on when my car would be finished. He did that for every customer waiting for their detailing and I can honestly say I appreciated it and I’m sure everyone else did too. He then made sure to walk customers out to their cars to make sure they were satisfied with their detailing. I would recommend IShine to anyone. My husband now takes his car there too and even though it’s a bit of a longer drive for us, it’s worth it for the quality and great customer service they provide.”

“Engine in my Hyundai Tucson died (do not ever by a Tucson, SantaFe, or Sonata, or actually really any Hyundai product. Palisades have design and manufacturing issues also) and of course the warranty folks want maintenance records. I have never had to deal with this before so OF COURSE my records/receipts are nowhere to be found. I called and spoke to Jackie who was so helpful. Told me she could pull my records with license plate number and have them ASAP. Also, their techs are great and don't harass you for add ons when performing maintenance. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Jackie and Team!!”
