I was literally on the verge of procrastinating another week before purchasing my couch. I was looking for a change after I sold my previous one. I ended up at another furniture store for a piece I’d seen a week earlier (2 weeks without a couch). It was the perfect size but I knew there had to be something else out there, something better that would suit my needs. Because I had worked with Steven before, I stopped at the store and asked for him; he immediately went to work for me. I cannot put into words how incredibly ecstatic I am about my pieces, how glad I am that I didn’t give up, and how grateful I am to Steven. I work at the apartments right behind the store, The Falls at Borough Park, and this could be a great partnership. Just ask for Whitney at The Falls=}

Steven was our sales rep. We called him yesterday about a recliner that we saw on there web site. He said they had them in stock. We went today and purchased the recliner Steven was great. Very professional. There store is very nice. All there employees that was there was very nice. (We was there between 11 and 12 am) We will definitely go there again!

A 5-star review for the manager who handled a very unpleasant situation quite professionally. A 1- star review or even a 0 review for the sales person who worked with us.We bought $2k worth of breakfast table for six. The sales person kept going back and forth on his word. Very unprofessional and accusing us of wanting to get the dining set for free. A shameful behavior and very disrespectful. I wouldn’t name the person here but kudos to the manager who profusely apologized for the staff’s behavior and honored the deal that was first agreed with the salesman.Anyway, we have bought furniture previously from Ashley and definitely buy again.

There are not enough bad words in the English language to truly convey how we feel about Ashley! We were lured in by the advertising and good pricing only to be deceived. We found a mattress that was like sleeping on a cloud and an adjustable base to go with it and paid more than we've ever paid for one before. It was delivered a few days later and was the worst nights sleep ever, it was as if we slept outside on the driveway, both waking to sore aching bodies. We went back to the store that evening to double check and see what might have happen clearly it was not the bed we laid on in the store there must be a mistake but the labels were the same and the showroom bed was still very comfortable and nothing like what was delivered to us! They said "no one has ever had this problem before maybe it was mislabeled or defective but the way it works is you have to keep it for 30 days before we can begin a return/replacement process". Are you kidding 30 more nights of this, "we will try and accelerate it to our manager and you can call this number and try to talk to them about it". No one will do anything for us until 30 days has passed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced they do not care they are too big to worry about one customer and are completely indifferent to our situation. This was our first and last purchase in an Ashley store so pleased don't get fooled like we did and drive on by!!!!

I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent furniture purchase from your store. Every aspect of the transaction, from the sofa cushions to the overall quality and assembly, has left me thoroughly disappointed.The sofa cushions I received are of shockingly low quality, a far cry from what was on display in the showroom. The variance in quality raises serious concerns about the accuracy and consistency of your product representation.Moreover, the delivered furniture does not match the dimensions of the floor samples. This lack of consistency has caused significant inconvenience in my living space and adds to the overall disappointment.The assembly team, presumably overburdened with a high number of deliveries, performed below acceptable standards during my delivery. The rushed assembly resulted in a noticeable decline in quality and attention to detail.This experience falls far below the standard I expected from your store. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent others from facing similar disappointments.

Michael helped us with a dinette set at the Woodlands store. Very nice, polite and got us a better price than the website listing. We will definitely use Michael again the next time we need furniture.
