Came to this store for the second time after i told MYSELF NEVER AGAIN. And HIGHLY regret it !!!!! The customer service is horrible. No one greets you, asks to help, or have any manners as well as the owner . Please spend your money elsewhere to another beauty supply that has RESPECT for paying customers

Elicia(Alecia) was awesome assisting me with trying on different wigs. I thought I knew what color I liked until she recommeded a different color. And she was right!! Thanks for your professionalism, patience and extra set of eyes to help me pick out the perfect wigs. I even tried to give her a tip but she refused to take it. Nowadays it is hard to find good customer service. Hope you can pass that on to your co-workers. I almost got up and left because I was approached by another employee and I did not appreciate the way she approached me. She told me about the limit of wigs you can try on. And how it can take away from the employee assisting other customers. That was kind of strange because there was no other customers back there. I gave this shop 5 stars ONLY because of Elicia (not sure if I am spelling her name right). Thanks for all you do!

This was my first time shopping for extensions and everyone at H Beauty Supply was awesome!Sharon was friendly & helpful. She took her time helping me find the right type and color. The other women working there also helped and then made me feel comfortable confident with my selection. Big thank you to the entire team at H Beauty Supply!!

I come here often spending nearly $100 with every visit. Up until today, my visits have pleasant. Most of the tenured staff are always helpful and accomodating; however, today I encountered one of the staff members that did not speak, didn't open her mouth to answer my question (she shook her head), didn't say anything while checking me out, simply handed me my receipt without a thank you or have a nice day. If I have to encounter that in another visit I will be choosing another beauty supply store to shop.Kudos to the staff members that do provide consistent customer service.

The ladies were so helpful. I had no idea what type of hair to get for my style. They did not rush me to get to the next customer. They even provided additional tip for up keep! Thank you for the excellent customer service!

The staff is friendly and willing to help everyone that comes through the door. I was undecided when buying the hair I needed but they were both patient and helpful, which resulted in the hair I wanted and desired. The store was organized and they were very familiar with their inventory. Thanks again for the pleasant experience, I will definitely be back!
