If negative stars was an option, I’d use it here. I would never recommend this gas station/scam station to anyone. Infact, I wouldn’t even suggest a dog take a poop here because it is so disgusting. I’m going to sound like a typical “Karen” but I don’t even care in this situation. I have a ton of complaints, I’ll stick to the main ones. The employees are terribly rude & don’t give 2 craps about customers/customer service. They obviously have never heard of caring for returning customer base nor hospitality, so don’t expect them to assist you with anything. Me/my husband were going to this gas station almost daily for gas, vapes, and other products. One red flag is that if you ask for a vape they try to negotiate pricing. We bought multiple products here one day. Left & realized the two vapes we got were expired & did not work nor would they charge above 50% on the battery. Husband went back within the hour, the receipt, and product in hand to ask for either a refund or replacements. This is the second time this has happened. The employee was completely rude & acted as if it was our fault he sold faulty product. He refused to assist in anyway, even though we are nearly daily returning customers. And when I say the employee was rude, I mean down right aggressive and condescending. After expressing we would not be returning customers, he expressed that he did not care. So obviously he is not concerned with his business failing, taking care of returning customers, and does not have any morals in regards to business ethics. With all of that being said, there was water in the gas pump that is now costing us $ in repairs. I will never recommend this gas/scam station to anyone & should have known better after seeming multiple other reviews showing they were scammed out of $ at this “business”.
