Upon arrival we noticed the room was okay. When we took our shoes off I realized the floor was dirty and sticky as my kids feet and our feet were charcoal black. When I proceeded to lay in bed I turned off the lights with just the tv on and after about 15 minutes I felt something biting me on my back. I got up turned on the lights and when I looked on the bed where I was laying I saw a bed bug! I killed it with my nail and blood came out! My husband immediately called the owner and the owner stated he had never had a single complaint but the evidence was obvious!!! He changed the sheets and after that I realized the new sheets were filled with bed bug poop residue!!! Black tiny blotches all over. Needless to say we were not offered any kind of refund as the owner refused to accept the fact that he has a bed bug issue. We checked out the next day since we were trying to find a place with AC after the storm. We left as soon as we could. I will never come back to this hotel!! I have the bites on my back as well. I have the pictures but can’t post on here as that is not an option here. Horrible experience!

The price was decent. Due to the weather emergency. But we asked for a non-smoker room and the room was full of smoke smell. We have an infant so we really needed a room with ac. They also have bed bugs and when we spoke to them about it they were smirky and would not give us a refund for the extra day we paid before we saw the bed bugs.

They don’t even have house keeping to make your beds, they didn’t have any real covers on my bed. When I asked for one they told me not today. Didn’t plan on staying here but needed something fast. Never again though

Nice and clean. Bedspreads are worn out and have cigarette burns. It was still a nice and comfortable hotel. Their breakfast doesn't start until 7:00 am, though.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The owners were always friendly, the rooms are clean (we wiped down with Clorox wipes and it was very clean) The location is great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and clean environment. We will 10/10 stay here again.

Stayed for one night. Was kept up all night long due to the fact. The people on the second floor had children running around all night and morning. Mold on the baseboards. Highly recommend you not to waste your money.

Please read all people but especially if your FBA, & or BLACK!. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE NO BUSINESS I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE NO BUSINESS!!!! The owners wife pulled a bait and switch on me just to get my name she allowed me to pay so she could get my ID and then she threatened to call and report me because of me having a child and that she would tell them I live in my car with my child. THEN TOLD ME WE CANT STAY AFTER PAYING!!!!!. I came a week earlier booked by the help of a freind. And she went balistic because my baby made a small potato chip mess on the floor the week before. Mind you I had bagged our trash picked up the best as I could but I'm not about to sweep with my bare hands thats not that hard for housekeeping to do with a broom. Also mind you I'm literally just recovering from a report that was made on me by a fake friend the last thing I need is for someone to threaten to call cps on me right now. But clearly satan has his agents all around. She was yelling at me the week before because I chose to open the door wide open and clear my things out the room. Saying I had to much stuff. Well guess what they have way to many cars in the parking lot that the owners own and park in the parking lot. You cant even find a place to park there but no one is yelling at them for having to many cars making it difficultt to find a parking spot. So far cars dont get towed for parking next door at the star bucks but that can very well happen if they chose to do so. Not to mention it is also a fire hazard to block the doors and driveway like they do with all the cars of the owners mind you.( I will be adding photos of how I left the room). I made pictures because of her yelling and sensing false accusations coming. You are in America lady not India you have no right to bring your Pakistani dot head abuse here! Lastly housekeeping leaves the tables and furniture sticky I wipe and sanitize it down before I even put anything in the room. Maybe you should have a chat with your illegally immigrant Mexicans that you hired but with respect instead of yelling at paying guests. - negative one star goes to this place for rudeness, lack of parking, broken TV remote, dirty ice box and tray in room placed on bathroom counter next to sink, sticky furniture, and floors. Run ?♂️ ?♀️ ?♂️ ?♀️ as quick you can from this third world mess.Rooms: Dingy third world mess!Walkability: Fire hazard due to the cars that belong to the owners blocking everything.

I stay here often. The rooms are always very clean and the gentleman that works at the front desk is a very sweet and helpful man. I always have a good experience when dealing with him. The woman that works during the day is not very personable. She acts like you are bothering her if you need something.Walkability: It's in a great location but if you don't have a car it's very hard to get what you need. It's located on the feeder and the traffic is very heavy.

I have this a 1 star rating because the room was absolutely disgusting. I’ll let the pics explain this one. It is terrible. I stopped for the location, will never be back, and do not recommend. Better place right next door!
