I came in today to fix my glasses since a screw broke :) I've been going to America's best for a few years now! They're very cost efficient and very friendly always! Super helpful! Love the staff! Even cleaned my glasses! Thanks so much!

My son had an appointment today. He was returning customer so he have to filled out documentsI told him why and they say because we have tooThen they said with your insurance will cover 04/22/3024you can eye exam until 05/22/2024 so you need to pay his exam… seriouslyThen they hired young people that don’t care either welcoming you to their business and they can’t check your insurance before you get the exam. Also their manager worthless for the situation she couldn’t do nothing. Looks like I Came here to ask for free service.we do have insuranceTotally unbelievable ?They only wasted my time todayI’m Hispanic so, this was totally discriminationPlease don’t go there…. They advertise free exams Good luck !!

(Store 5810)Had a great experience for my first time at this establishment. The doctor was very kind and thorough, but direct and to the point so my exam flew by. There was no wait time, but I was actually a couple minutes late and they were so nice about it (we'd ended up at the wrong location initially). I think the shining star of our visit was Lewarren, the associate who helped direct me to the exact type of frames I wanted and gave me pointers on how to better gage how they looked on my face as I can't see passed 5" from my face haha. He patiently explained all the different options of lenses and the pros/cons of each as well as letting me know his opinion on what would work best for me, my prescription, and lifestyle. I wish all medical offices had associates and staff like Lewarren, it genuinely makes the biggest difference!Other than that, they had a plethora ofcontact choices, frames for all styles and preferences & price points, nice quiet and clean location.

I called last week to make an appointment to get new glasses and also asked about contacts, the laddy who answered the phone to make the appointment gave the wrong information she told me that it was going to cost 119, I got there for my appointment the eye doctor was very professional and kind, but the people at the front were rude, because my first language is Spanish I have my accent and y I am not very fluent, I went with the person who was going to showed how to use the contacts, I have never used them in my life I was nervous, when I finally finished trying them on, I went to choose my reading glasses , I thought I was going to cost 2 for 79.99 like they told me on the phone, I finally choose them, but the person told me that the price is different. I asked about getting a thinner glass and polycarbonate, but when she gave me the price I was almost 500. It was shocking to me because it was not in my budget, when I made the appointment I asked everything about the price, so I had to tell the person I guess I am going to get one pair just for reading, I ended up paying 287. For only one reading glasses, I also have to complain about laughing about the patient, after I finished trying on the contacts, she started laughing very loud, it's because I was having a hard time trying to put them on, and also mention something that I was scared to break the contacts inside my eye, this is something that I not was expecting, this is not very professional and not how to treat customers with an accent or any client, i am an american citizen with rights like everyone else, I don't deserve to be treated like that, I called next day to asked about the price, and they told me that they can not do nothing about it. They person who charged for the glasses did not asked for the eye care club for 3 years, and she charged for that without asking first, I paid for contacts 119 plus tax, I am not going to wear them because they are very uncomfortable and didn't have a good experience with them teaching how to use them, today i went to pickt them up, the person who was there, she was not friendly at all, I told her that it was very tight, so with her own hands tried to fix them.i know in other places the use a machine to adjust them. , she did not give a hard case. And small cloth to clean my glasses.I will never go back to that place. We are clients. You have business thank to customers .

This location took very good care of me! I went to a different location and was ignored this location is amazing. From start to finish Farrah was a gem. I ordered an initial set of glasses waited for them to come in. Then I took my old ones and had them sent out for new lenses. Each time Farrah made me feel comfortable and welcomed and she was happy to help me. I also had a broken pair and Lewrren was helpful as he took time to fix them for no charge. I wouldn't say bring your broken glasses into him if broken, because they're not a glasses fix-it store, but his customer service went beyond great! He helped me out from a bad experience i had at my last optometrist store. What I am saying is that the customer service and care here at this store is AMAZING!! Y'all rock!!

I went in to get a new frame and Jaymarys was amazing!! Unfortunately I’m very indecisive. She gave great feedback and customer service!! Will definitely come to her next time I’m ready for a new frame!!

DR. DINH AND MS FRANCES ARE SO SWEET!! This was my first time coming there after my mom passed so I was kind of scared but they made me feel really comfortable. They’re the best!!
