I strongly advise others to avoid this location. The incompetence and unprofessionalism I encountered make it clear that this is not an isolated issue but likely a systemic problem within this establishment.
I had a deeply concerning and frustrating experience at this location, which I believe reflects significant mismanagement and operational issues. My first visit was on August 8, 2024, and while I received my glasses fairly quickly on August 14, the prescription was completely incorrect. When I returned for a correction, my appointment wasn’t even in their system, and I had to repeatedly explain my situation to multiple staff members, indicating a severe lack of communication and organization.
After finally getting my prescription redone on August 24, I was told it would take two weeks to receive the corrected glasses. Despite the fact that the error was entirely on their end, there was no effort made to expedite the process. I followed up on August 30, and was assured my glasses would be ready by September 6, but when I called on that date, I was informed that they were still not ready.
Things took a turn for the worse on September 9, when, after another follow-up call, I was told the glasses still hadn’t arrived. When I spoke with the manager, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and refused to even check the delivery, stating that they were short-staffed and couldn’t accommodate me. In person, I discovered that the frames were incorrect once again, meaning I would have to wait even longer.
What was most concerning was the unprofessional attitude of the manager, who seemed unwilling to take accountability for the errors and treated me with disregard. Given the multiple mistakes, lack of communication, and poor customer service—particularly from management—I find it alarming that such a business can operate in this manner.
I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

My exam was right on time. The doctor was very knowledgable and friendly.
Meka and Frances went above and beyond and helped me when I needed a pair of contacts for a tennis tournament. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Glad I found a glasses and contact place near my home.
I recommend this location highly.

I’m giving 5 stars to Dr. Stager & sweet man with blonde hair, glasses and a gold bracelet that helped me. The Dr. was very kind and thorough, made my visit fast and easy. The sweet young man noticed me sitting down and jumped to help me on my way to see the Dr. after I had been waiting for 15 min. He was sooo helpful in getting me into some contacts & explained he would try and get me the best price. 10/10

If you are expecting any kind of Customer Service, you need to look elsewhere. It was one of the most unfriendly and unhelpful places I have ever attempted to do business with. Once I receive my glasses, I will never go back!!

America’s Worst. I don’t even know where to begin. From the over 50 minute wait in an empty waiting room/office, the the very unfriendly staff, to the staff member telling me I could not come in with my disabled husband. I am APPALLED at the customer service treatment we received today. It is absolutely absurd to sit and wait for almost an hour while the office remains empty and the staff sit and mingle. We were late getting our kids from school. The service completely sucked. I’m so sad I even gave this place a shot over eye trends across the street. I knew the switch wouldnt be good from the moment I stepped through the door and the guy very rudely asked “what do we need”. I will never come back or refer a single friend or family member. Disgusted is an understatement.

I asked about how late I would be seen for my 5:00 appt at 5:20. I was told four people were in front of me and the dr took an average of 30 minutes with each patient. I said so I’ll be seen around 7:30 and the “lady” told me no because they close at 7. I asked why they schedule patients every 10 minutes if appts took 30. The lady with the gold-lined teeth raised her voice, mocked me and was incredibly rude so I walked out. The dr being behind is one thing. The front desk person being that unprofessional was what will keep me from ever going to any Americas Best ever again.

I went to America's Best for the first time, because my sister who lives in California told me she's been going to them for years for herself and her two children. I went to this locations just over 2 months, because it's the closest to me. I went back to them because the frames are defective. The paint is peeling off and I wanted to exchange the frame. They offered an exchange for the exact same frame. Why would I want an exact frame and chance the paint peeling from the second? This was the worst experience I've ever had with an eyeglass store in the 40 years I've been wearing glasses. This is also the last time I will ever visit America's Best. Now I have to go somewhere else to buy a frame.

Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Staff don't really seem to care. It's like they're in a hurry to get you out ??
Also, my neice was weaeing a shirt with a cartoon character on it. Staff kept looking at her and talking about it in an unprofessional, cliquey manner. None of them actually interacted with her. I understand having casual conversation with coworkers, but the whole thing just seemed WEIRD. She was uncomfortable the whole time...
