I use the cash machine all the time and pay$3:50 for the privilege, but when I asked if they could break the larger bills they said ‘no’ because I don’t have an account with them.

I’ve had lots of issues with Amegy bank-Debit cards denied with funds available and waiting 45mins to unblock with the security to unblock- also Mobil banking issues just very frustrating with Amegy

Long time customer dating back to when it was Klein Bank, loved the local aspects of this bank. Went in Thursday morning to open an HSA account and they said someone with Treasury Department would call me later in the day to set up a meeting. Fast forward today and no response so went into the bank and they said we only do HSA for business customers not for individuals. Said it was too much reporting for an individual account. Told me to go to a bigger full service bank. They only want business accounts not individual accounts. Poor customer service. I will be moving my account.
