I normally dont leave a review but this branch had exceptional service. Sherry is the best! She needs a fat raise for her amazing attitude and professionalism. Mr. Enriquez also went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. Ive been with amegy 11 years and wish i had came to this branch sooner

This is the friendliest and most helpful staff, Amegy employees take care of many of my daily business needs for the company, I work for, and they treat me like gold. In a good or a troubling situation, they always will try and go a step beyond, to help you.

The only bank I ran into where they don't let you walk in. You have to press a doorbell to have the doors unlock to get in. For some reason it wasn't working for me. But still you're telling me everyone that's inside doesn't see you struggling to get in for 5 mins outside and not one of them tries to help. How is someone going to trust someone with their money, when you don't care enough to let the person in. I'm usually a person to not say anything and just go about my business. But this is the second time I came back doing the exact same thing. The first time I didn't know about the bell. So I was outside for a while trying to figure out if they were closed, and no one came to help. I then came back the day after and used the bell and tried again to open the door. It still didn't work for me and I stayed outside still trying to figure out what's going on. Obviously no one still didn't come to help or explain. It was already embarrassing enough that I couldn't figure out to open the door. But to make it worse no one even tried to help, I know you could see me and hear me trying to open the door. I will never go to Amegy bank period because of this one
