I started banking with them when I was 16, they are very kind and helpful. The app is really simple to use. I love the fact that they do holiday giveaways. I already have a checking account and a savings account with them, hopefully soon I will also have a credit card with them. This is an amazing bank owned by an amazing company. Five stars every day all day.

Don't know what they are doing. How do you not let people put money in your bank when you have an account with them already?!

I opened an account online, transferred $1000, and minutes later got an email telling me I didn't have an account. Now they don't know where my money is.
