My business is across the street from this location. I needed to go in there and get some change this morning & the 3 team members working were as friendly as could be. I was really impressed by just how friendly they all were together. Clearly, they were trying to give great service! Mission accomplished! Thank you!

After leaving another branch because of staffing problems (not enough staff working) long wait times this place was horrible. Banking services does not have enough staff working either the own employee here is in line to make a deposit for a banking customer when those are done in the back not in the customer line. Customer service is ridiculous waiting for over 40 minutes for banking services and the teller time had the same wait times because they do not have enough staff working.

These A=holes are fee crazy. Several times they have charged me insufficient funds fees ($35) on a clearing check, when I had over $6000 in another account. And what interest do I get from that other acct? Less than 10c per months!

They get 1 star because of the other branch which eventually handled a situation ENTIRELY Amegy's fault.My father passed away in August, and about a month later I realized he still had accounts with Amegy. My parents banked with Klein, then Amegy, for over 40 years and at the end of his life, the treatment from this bank was appalling.Long story short - I presented my parents' trust documents, which state, on Page 2, the document exists to avoid probate. Kelly, the branch manager, looked over my documents and showed me the door, stating that the Trust had to be probated. I spent time and money on a lawyer, only to have the lawyer point out page 2. Upon receiving this information, Cindy, the banker, apologized, but Kelly never bothered doing so, never troubled herself to leave her office and speak to me and went on to make it seem like the situation, which she created, during an already difficult time, was my fault and my problem to solve. She's the bank manager, but it's as if she had never seen a Trust before and then she covered her inexperience and actions with hubris, instead of humility or even the BASIC grace of an apology, after she callously wasted my time and money.I will NEVER do business with this bank again. Never. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a bank, by far.

Covid 19 and Bank friendliness, wow not a combo for this bank, not being a customer and trying to cash two checks drawn on their bank, when you suffer from an Extremely bad case of CS....is not easy, medically I can not wear a mask, yet you can not wear hats or hoodies in the bank still but they will not give you money without a mask. So they process your checks leaving you at the counter maskless for a period of 10 minutes only to send you to the drive thru where normally banks will not cash a non account holders check. Causing you wait in a commercial customer line for a longer wait! What customer service one can expect here! No fever no symptoms but you are killing the world with your maskless face! Thank you Amegy glad I am not looking actively for a new bank home!

I like amegy and have been a customer for years. I go to this location when I am over here otherwise I am closer to a different one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't get inside very often because I typically use the drive through. It works great and gets the job done. Maybe need some freshening up for the transport system.
