arrived at 5:30 for a full set, asked me to wait for a tech, ok i stayed and waited, 6:30 they say there’s no tech available and i should come back tomorrow lol
what a waste of time!!!!! i wish i could charge them for the hour they took from me.

First time at Amazing Nails and I was impressed with my service.
Requested style: Kelly gave me exactly what I asked for!
Cleanliness: Shop was very clean.
Stylist: Kelly was my nail tech and she was AWESOME.

Gave the shop another shot when my regular shop was closed. The ladies do a great job. Even returned next day and brought a friend along for for pedicures for both of us.
Seems now many shops have decided to charge for using a debit card? Seriously? Didn’t u all insist on cards years ago so you wouldn’t get robbed?? Well this practice is gonna run off clients bc the fee basically equals the tip you would have gotten.

I first went there to see if they could correct a horrible white tip full set job from another salon. They were very nice, symphathic and completely corrected the awful job from the previous salon for a very reasonable amout. Their salon is very pretty, very clean, and the ladies seemed to be very nice. So, I decided I would definitely go back and make it my new nail salon.I made an appointment three weeks later and went in for a pedi, and white tip full set. The lady who did my pedi was very nice and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with her.However, I was not pleased with the lady who did my nails. I wanted white tips, but she told me she would use powder to do the white tips because it was better. It turned out not to be better for me but better for them. It was a scam. She asked me if I wanted my nails to look natural, but they looked thick and bulky, anything but natural, and she filed my nails so roughly I had abrasions left on the sides of my fingers. She did not tell me until I got ready to pay with my debit card that they charge $3 extra for paying with it. That's also when I found out I had to pay twice the amount for my nails. The scam is, while she told me the tips would be better for me, she didn't tell me the price will be double. For my pedi ($36) and my nails, I was charged $105.57. I'm in the habit of leaving a tip, but since she charged me so much, I tipped only $10. I just want to pay and leave. I knew I was never going back. Now, when the charge hit my bank, She had added $10 more dollars to the tip I gave her, making the amt. $125.57. I was irate! I had to call them and make them give me the extra $10 back. The first thing they asked was if I had a receipt. Thank God I did, because If I didn't they could have claimed without the receipt, they couldn't know and give me a refund. OMG, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE SHADY SCHEMES OF THIS SALON! MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS A NIGHTMARE! I WILL NEVER RETURN!

Walked in and they said I would have to wait for the lady to finish doing a set, which I didn’t mind. Then suddenly another lady started on my nails and you could tell right off the bat she didn’t have much experience. She did my nails very thick and when I asked if she could make them thinner, she mimicked me and started talking in their language while laughing, very rude, THEN she switched with the original lady that I was waiting for, and she fixed them and they ended up decent, but the experience overall was not pleasing. Maybe I would’ve had a better experience if they would have let me wait for the other lady.
