I absolutely love my lashes!! From walking through the doors to enter the salon and existing the doors once completed is a wonderful experience.Ki, my Master Stylist, is AMAZING!! She's the sweetest person that you will ever meet. She's phenomenal at her profession. You will forget that you have on lashes because she's that good. After reading the review I left after my appointment with Tony, Olivia contacted me to apologize for the experience and wanted to speak to me to see how they could make things right. She even offered to redo my lashes. I did go back. This time I received way more information about how to care for the lashes and best options for the look I wanted and the lashes looked way better. I really appreciate Olivia going out of her way to make things right.

This amazing lash studio was so welcoming and everyone was so sweet! Chloe did my lashes and did an amazing job. She listened to how I like my lashes and did them exactly how I envisioned. She was super sweet and was the best conversationalist. Olivia and Alyssa at the front desk were so nice they asked me how I felt about my lashes and really made sure I was satisfied before I left. Definitely recommend this location and Chloe as a stylist.

Got my lashes refilled yesterday, and as always, Ki did a fabulous job! I always look forward to my appointments with Ki because she’s so gentle and friendly, and we chat about Netflix shows and other things while I’m there so we laugh and have fun while she does her thing she does so well! The front desk staff are always smiling and super-friendly, too! Thanks, Amazing Lash Klein!

It would be nice to research new techniques that could potentially mean the lashes stay on longer and are not falling out as soon as you leave the building.
