I’m late posting but with these crazy storms lately life has been really crazy. But I want to say thank you to the young lady in the office for helping us with everything. It was so much going on and we were so frustrated but she stayed calm and was understanding and helpful throughout the process! She don’t know it but she made our day!!

I use them for my storage and business and all I can say is that I’ve never had issues with them and their communication is always on point, customer service is great, and just all around a good storage to have. Very secured, always nicely cooled inside since I have my storage in AC, and Michelle with Storage King USA has the best customer service so I would definitely recommend this place if anyone looking for storages in this area and can’t decide!

Ms Sappington was very helpful. I came in and asked questions about switching to a more easier accessible unit and she took the time to explain how everything worked as far as switching units. She displayed excellent customer service. Great hire!!

I’ve had a unit here for over a year. Access is simple and the units are clean and well kept. Above all, the customer service here is great. Marceesha is a true professional and went the extra mile to make certain my specific needs were met. Would definitely recommend this place.

Went in yesterday to see about renting space and there was a young woman in there so sweet and kind. Smiling ear to ear when I walked in. She Answer all my questions. I will be telling my friends about this Location because she made me feel so welcome.
