You will see nurse practitioners only. I have never been seen by any of the doctors at this practice.

Jed has been my primary care since I moved to Texas 3 years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He's attentive and a great listener. Super chill dude and great personality

The staff is not very friendly. The doctor will not talk to me like a person. I questioned her why she cut my dosage in half on amed that I have been on for years, and she said that "if you don't like it, you can find another doctor." What???? They say they're going to call my medications in to champ va the they never do. They don't call me and tell me why. Now I'm a week over do, but they won't call some in until I have a phone visit. Whaaatttt. I am looking for a doctor now who I can talk to and will just send my needs into the proper place. I could go on but enough said.

When visiting a Physician's Assistant (PA) you might wonder about how they differ from a medical doctor. With Dora Aguilar you can rest assured you are in great hands. PA Dora Aguilar has exceeded my expectations and my husband's too. The knowledge and expertise coupled with the compassion Dora relates is exemplary. We have nothing but the utmost admiration and respect for the expert care we have received from Dora Aguilar.

Don’t bother. What a complete waste of my day. Not only could they have told me there was paper work I could have done at home to save time at the office, but they also said I would have time with the Dr as I was a new patient and had some issues that needed addressed since I hasn’t seen a Dr in a year. I was assured I would not be rushed out of the office when I made the appointment After the filling of the paper work (which could have been done at home but wasn’t told) and sitting through the endless questions from the nurse, I was told I can only pick two issues to discuss. I was furious. What a complete lack of communication from the front desk. Makes you wonder how the rest of the office is run. Don’t waste your time like I did. Go elsewhere.

These guys can never get you in but will run a million tests on you to maximize their billing. No follow up on labs just check the portal. Take your healthcare elsewhere. They want you to call every day to see if we can squeeze you in…we need some more doctors/options in our area. Then maybe we will not need to wait weeks to get in somewhere.

I called the office for what I believed to be a sinus infection. Bc I had a fever they told me a Dr would call me back, Within the hour I received a call from Dr Rodriguez. She was amazing!! She listened to me and told me exactly what I needed to do. Her recommendations were spot on! I was miserable when I called her and within 2 days I felt 100% better! Thank you so much, Dr Rodriguez!

Find another Dr.s office. Office staff is rude and unprofessional. You have to lose your mind on the phone to get a call back. Please save yourself the trouble.

I have been here twice. The first time I was there for a physical and saw the P. A., she was caring and attentive, I didn't feel rushed at all. The 2nd time I was there, I saw Aprill Rambarran, M.D. who was fabulous! She is very caring, I also felt that I had her full attention and was not rushed at all. I asked for 2 referrals and she gave them to me. I am looking forward to my appointment with her next month. The staff has always been friendly and efficient each time I have both been there and called. They seemed to have kept things moving along. I recommend coming to this facility. Oh, and there's lots of room so if you do have to wait, you're not bumping into anyone. I've never had to wait long.

Heading down now to close any open account we have with them and demanding a copy off our family medical records as required by law. We will never step foot in this office again. You’re people won’t disrespect my wife and keep me and my family as a client.

Unprofessional staff, constantly given the run around, and once even heard a nurse cursing at a patient

I don’t usually write reviews because I don’t usually have bad experiences but I’m going to try to find another doctors office. The people at the front smack on gum and aren’t in the least bit friendly. I came in with complaints of fever and chills at 10 and had some staff treat me rudely and underplay me. Didn’t leave until 12.I didn’t get any meds sent until the next day and had to request lab work (only the lab tech and the lady that saw me out were kind to me) to be done because all that was done was the flu test. I left and cried in my car because I told them I started to have chills and was visibly shaking, they left me in a room alone and didn’t assess my temperature either. My first visit was pleasant but the front desk and nurse that took my vitals and swabbed my just walked in looking annoyed and told me “drop your mask” didn’t wait for me to fully take it off before shoving the swab into my nose, taken my surprise I pulled back and was told “stop” I then told her let me remove it and she obtained her sample and left with no other words. I’m very shy and never complain and tend to allow others to treat me badly but being sick worse than I’ve ever been shed some light on how bad I was cared for here. Long story short I ended up at the ER with kidney inflammation and got antibiotics.
