Super clean and organized, very helpful staff, no lines most of the time. I come here when I need a very oddball bolt etc.. they’ve always have what I can’t find at other big box hardware stores.

Probably one of the most helpful places you can ever visit for hard to find items or a quick turnaround, rather than going to a big box store like Lowe's or Home Depot where you can never find anyone to help you.

I came in to get a couple keys but and programmed, an older gentleman was very kind and right on it. He cut my keys and while looking for the programmer he went to what seemed to be his boss and was dismissed by him. His boss completely ignored me and his employee and was also dressed like a hobo. The only person who was helping me was sent home by his boss and now as I write this review I have been waiting 10 minutes for someone to help me. Very sad to see a manager treat his employees like this when he himself does not even look like a manager.
