I have been doing my taxes with A Plus Service for many years now. I have always received great service from Gloria Marquez and Bridgette Marquez. They have reasonable pricing and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Not really happy with the service, went there for an estimate for my taxes, paid $270 for just an estimate. Didnât ended up submitting it with them, since nothing was explained to me. The gentlemen who helped me just told the amount to pay without any professional explanation (which you expect when youâre paying for an estimate).
When I called to confirm if the completed service and the estimate where the same price (since I found someone that explained every detail on the forms) they just said I was not going to get any money back because they did their job. Not sure if every company works the same for the few offices I contacted after going with them were totally different. Really disappointed because I was expecting to do business with them. Be careful and ask before you actually get any type of service.

Miss Gloria is great and very knowledgeable. Iâve been doing my taxes with her for 2 years straight my whole family came to her as well . Everybody in the office is very nice . I 100% recommended them .

I went to ask some questions since Iâm a new business owner and was told I needed to pay a $100 consultation fee. I donât have an issue with a consultation fee but the person who I was supposed to pay this fee to didnât even come out and introduce himself. Super unprofessional especially when most tax offices donât charge âconsultation feesâ. I donât recommend this place!
