DO NOT GO!! One of the worst car wash experiences. Left my car with them, came back and found my car in the same condition as I left it. They barely cleaned the inside. After telling them, they cleaned it again. They also broke the door handle of my car. When I came back, it was glued on so we wouldn’t catch it. After confronting them, they ordered the piece. After 3 weeks of waiting and constantly asking them for an update on the order, they fixed it. Not only that my van's automated sliding door is currently having problems and won't open. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please do NOT go. I regret going and should've just cleaned the car myself or taken it somewhere else! Paid $160 and such a waste of money

First of all, I just left there, the two girls who washed my car were too drunk, along with their boss, very drunk, drinking model beer and Corona, which they didn't wash the car properly, they left the car dirty, they didn't take out the trash, they didn't do anything, they charged me $29 and like me I returned the car to the back and told them to wash it well. They became aggressive and started talking bad about me. I went to see their boss to explain, but he was very drunk and also treated me badly and wrote down my license plates supposedly to report me. I think they must have a camera when an inconvenience happens, they also know how the people who are affected can respond. I do not recommend them here because they are disrespectful people.

Waited in the lobby, in the middle of August with no air conditioning, for 48 minutes while they were doing my inspection. Just for them to come back and tell me that they can't do an inspection because their machine is not working

If I could leave it no stars I would the manager(Celso Chavez) absolutely terrible he's arguing with me about how I'm not letting the lady clean but it's already been vacuumed and cleaned and washed and I'm picking up debris and sand all over my car and I'm running out of time. Then tells me he's going to put Windex on my $80,000 car with leather. And then he starts arguing with me that he has a $100,000 car it's a navigator and he puts Windex on his car I said well that's your deal I don't want Windex on my leather I could go on and on, he's just sat there arguing with me instead of just being like how can we fix this. No wonder these people have no customers. Should have read and stuck to the reviews don't come here stay away. And I can almost bet you that he's going to argue with this review.....good luck arrogant POS. One last thing that I found super comical I came here for a simple wash and vacuum and he tells me the lady gave me a free service because she wiped down my seats and when she wiped down the seats all the sand went into the floor unbelievable so unprofessional. I'm pretty sure there's business is not going to last another 6 months unless you get new management in there. Good luck

Don’t waste your time or money, came here for a hand wash/detail on Sunday August 4th… didn’t even use soap or scrub the paint… they vacuumed, sprayed the dust off the surface, dried it and put armor-all on the tires. That was it for $70. Staff wasn’t very friendly either, will NOT be coming back and would highly recommend going somewhere else. Place is a joke.

This was once a decent car wash and oil change place but it has severely gone down hill. I’ll be looking for somewhere else to provide this service.

Paid for the Superior wash. Was done extremely fast so I knew it was gonna be a terrible job. I stayed 10 minutes after they gave me the keys back and washed it more myself. Do not recommend anyone go here and waste the money.

I took my vehicle there Sunday 3/24 for oil change and car wash. I upgraded to the ultimate car wash package. I an unhappy about the work done. It still dirty in the inside. I was supposed to receive a call back Monday 3/25 about my missing floor mat. They had an extra one which did not belong to me. It seems they gave my floor mat away. Today's Tuesday
3/26 no call back about this situation. Cameras were supposed to be watched Sun 3/24. I emailed still no answers.

Sitting in the lobby waiting on my car and Hispanic guys is listening to his TV louder than the tv. Was the rudes thing ive ever had to experience in a lobby waiting for my vehicle today.
