No stars . They tried to rip me off on a two year old discontinued exp bottle of juice that is illegal and morally wrong .I spent over 15,000 in there last year .That’s how you treat me . It’s expired!!!You can’t sell it to begin with but to try to rip me off !! You kidding me . I’m calling my lawyer and we are starting a case to shut them down . Please people do not buy anything from them everything dusty and been there since before they moved locations. My lawyer said it’s a big no and people could get really sick . And meral tha owner backed up ripping people off on exp juice . It’s illegal. And you wanna charge me 3 dollars under tha original price .

Selection is amazing. From Vape devices to replacement pods and juice!!! I haven’t been to such a well stocked vape store in a year at least. One stop shop for sure.Thank you Bunny & everyone for your patience and help.

I have always been impressed with this location since I moved here last year in October I don't see any of the same friendly faces that you used to be here I like to spend at least 200 bucks at this location but they recently went from paper receipts with points to a card and back to paper receipts needing a card and you can't use your points without the paper receipts it's stupid and archaic I'm going to go to from now on it's highly disappointing. I told them I was going to leave a review they said go right ahead so I'm sorry I wish I could leave you guys a five-star review but it always seems like the one stars are the reviews that most people tend to pay attention to :(

The staff is great, and they have the best prices for kratom I've found so far. A huge selection of vapes as you'd expect, and lots of other products that make your day way cooler. They also have a great loyalty program.I love this shop!

BULVERDE... IS... BLESSED... To have such an amazing group of people who are selling high quality products with endless personal recommendations.They are knowledgeable and friendly.You could know absolutely nothing about the hemp or kratom industry and walk out of their shop with products that perfectly fit your needs.If you get chance to stop in and mozy around I assure you that you won't leave disappointed.

These people aren't open until 1:00 in the afternoon and they close pretty early as well.I haven't had the worst experiences with them except that every time I try to walk in their door it's locked they're never open when I'm available to try to get my stuff so I have to drive All over the place to make up for the fact that they're never open during normal business hours

I been here a few times. My first couple of visits were fine but my last two was terrible.The first of my last two visits I was being rushed and today I just left without purchasing anything because I was told I need to ask someone before looking at merchandise behind their counter. But my thing is I was never told that I needed to ask before going behind the counter before. People were able to go behind the counter to look at stuff without issue. It wouldn't have been an issue if they were at least nice about it. The man behind the counter where I went to said "It would have been nice if you asked first before coming back here". Then another employee went on to sat that they were implementing a "New Policy". Ok then what the guy behind the counter should have said was "I'm sorry sir but we have a new policy where we require customers to ask before walking behind the counter." Or something along those lines. But NO they chose to be rude. After these last two visits I think it's safe to say that I am either not welcomed here or people like me aren't. There was also a tall bald white guy who kept giving me a smug look as if I did something to him the second I walked through the front door. I should have know from that point that I wasn't welcomed. I'm honestly so sick of being mistreated, discriminated and being spoken to in a certain manner because I'm different than the people serving me. This is why sometimes I am hesitant walking into an establishment where all the workers are white because the chances of me being discriminated against is higher than a business where they have different races of people working there.
