Evidently my Epson multifunction printer required 2 people to lift, so they left a note instead of pressing the doorbell at the gate. I made a redelivery request for today and was told it would be here "before 8pm". I wasted my entire day staying home to wait for it and it never came. I will NEVER buy anything that uses USPS shipping again. It was EXTREMELY important I get this on Monday, now I can only pray I can get it tomorrow the second they open.

Several times over the last few months, I have been delivered my neighbors mail. Additionally, my neighbors keep receiving my mail. I have been to the post office twice to complain about getting the wrong mail or someone else receiving my mail. I went last week for the second time, and today I received a different neighbors mail in my box again! I have literally lost track of the number of times I have received the wrong mail in my box. I live in the Belle Oaks housing division. At what point does the mail carrier get fired for being completely incompetent. How hard is it to ensure the right mail goes to the right person!!

Are all post offices the same with such poor customer regard? The 800 number is also a joke! They definitely take jobs for granted and citizens are bound to terrible service.

RUDEST person- Carlos. Horrible service nearly gave my 80 yr old Dad a heart attack in anger. We also dealt with a horribly rude lady trying to get passports a couple years ago. Something needs to be done about this!

By far the worst post office and service of my entire life and living in multiple states. I have never heard of Mail problems until I moved to spring branch. I now look forward to USPS going bankrupt and private company taking over. This is long overdue. on an added note do as all my neighbors have done call Amazon and prioritize use of UPS versus USPS.

OTHER REVIEWS ARE OF DIFFERENT POST OFFICE. Note that the reviews of Linda Rule and Claudia Drummond are reviews the for 'real' post office located a little further North on 281 at 132 Blazing Meadow Rd, Spring Branch, TX 78070 and not this facility which is a contract facility located inside of Fischer's Market. I drive from the Bulverde area (281 and 46) to this location as the UPS Store is very expensive, the 'real' post office is too far and often not staffed. This location inside Fischer's is awesome. Rarely is anyone in line at the post office window. Staff are all VERY helpful and delivery great service.

I finally got to speak to someone after calling non stop four hours. They sent my packages to Bulverde for me to pick up which I did only to find out that they missed sending three more . They said they would send them to Bulverde would be there for pickup today. My daughter in law went at four to pick them up only to be told they were not there. I have been trying ever since to reach Spring Branch only to get a busy signal for 51 minutes. Needless to say I am not a happy camper. I tried the 800 number to only get press one press two no help. I pay to have my packages delivered and it is very disheartening to not be able to speak to someone. HELP. UPS lol
