Today was my first day going to sports clips , and I just say I must impressed . I got this wonderful lady named Jasmin and she was a huge help and very gifted in her department. I will go back Forsure . Great service .
Requested style: I got the Mid low drop fade .
A style that most don’t know how to do, but here at Sports clips, Jasmin is my go too .

We normally have good experiences with this location, but today was really frustrating. We checked in online, had a 64 minute wait, showed up 15 mins early, and still had to wait another 45 minutes because they took 3 other grown men back, who all complained, before they took my son. We were there, checked in, and they STILL allowed 3 other people to cut ahead of us, because they complained about the wait. I specifically chose to do the online waiting and check in because I had a work meeting I had to be available for an hour after our supposed time slot. They never apologized for the wait, and I had to finally walk up and ask if my son would be seen before anyone else was called back since he had been at the top of the list for over 45 minutes To top it all off, they charged me for an adult cut instead of a junior. We will NOT be coming back.

1star for the lousy customer service when arriving to this location for the first time. The female that I talked to at the counter had an attitude and was stressed out because of all the customers wait for an hair cut. Well that turned me off to sport clips at this location. I when to Supercuts and won't be going back to that rude employee store.
Note to that rude employee, if you can't handle the stress, find another job that you don't have to deal with the public

My son loves going here for cuts. I recently took him to another local place and he got a really bad haircut. Since they styled it, I couldn't tell until later. Took him back to Sports Clips and finally let him get the MVP, which he always asks for. Kim was so kind to him and met his high expectations ? He had a great experience. Thank you so much.

I Spoke with Kim over the phone at 5:34 on 2/22/24 and asked if they were still taking walk-ins and she told me “yah and there was an hour wait.” I was totally cool and explained how the website wouldn’t allow me to sign in and asked if she could type my number for me over the phone. She explained to me that the company rules do not allow that and I totally understand. I then asked her if I drove there and put my number in if I would be able to get a time-slot. She told me “yes, and to come on down.” I drove over there and shortly after entering inside at 5:40ish , I entered my number only to be greeted With did you check in online? I explained that the website wasn’t working and I had spoke to Kim over the phone.
The stylist on the front left closest to the door when you walk in had smirked and looked at her peers and said “well…yah! We are at maximum capacity.” I simply just Replied “ Oh…OK just out…of curiosity… when I called on the phone why didn’t you guys just explain it to me…over the phone?” The stylist in the front right hand corner (who is not only a fantastic hair stylist but a very genuine down to earth person) she had told the other girl to stop and that she would take care of me. Honestly I considered it knowing she would do her absolute best…but I just didn’t feel right about giving money to a place that would allow the down right embarrassing treatment of their customers. Despite the nice stylist trying to make things right I had already made up my mind after seeing all of the other girls faces go sour knowing that they just saw someone quite literally word vomit instead of thinking before they speak.
Maybe it’s just the fact the end of the day was just one and a half hours away and she was too tired.
Maybe she had a bad client or a difficult cut, but just remember…
The most important thing is, it’s not about how you start. It’s about how you finish.

I have just wasted an entire afternoon. Trying to get a haircut.The original wait time was 1 hour and 22 min. Ultimately the wait time went far beyond that. I watched the final 23 minutes tick down until I was on deck. They took another customer and claimed they had called my name when I asked why I was skipped. This put the clock back at 23 minutes. I will never use this or any other sport clips again....a complete waste of time.
