Absolutely fantastic staff. We’ve been repainting the interior of our new home, and these guys have been beyond helpful in every way. From selecting paint color to the finish to the grade of paint. Although be warned, the stated coverage of the paint is WAY more than reality. For our 1950 sqft home, it took about 17 gallons of paint.

The Bulverde/Spring Branch store has knowledgeable and helpful staff to make paint-buying easy. I love the Emerald line because it rolls so smoothly and wears well. The store itself is clean and inviting with ample parking.

This place is busy! Only one guy working but he is super nice and efficient and great at multitasking. I believe he said his name was Casey, just wanted to leave a good review! The phone is ringing like crazy and this guy is taking care of a long line of customers by himself as well as the phone and order pick ups.

Terrible customer service and they will not help you when it’s their screwup. Example: I went and bought some specific paint. The counter help mixed the wrong paint. And I could not get the paint back to their store before leaving Sunday to head home to Houston. The next time I went back to canyon lake, When I tried to return the paint, but, they wouldn’t take it back, would not refund or swap, because they said it was past their return date. They basically told me the entire situation was my fault. As if I mixed the wrong paint for myself after specifically handing them a ticket with the Brand, or what I needed, etc. Don’t take a chance with these people.

Such a poor customer experience today. Other Sherwin Williams locations are efficient, but not so for the Spring Branch store.I ordered paint online, then followed up an hour later by phone to see when it would be ready. The store associate apologized for the delay but said my product would be ready for pickup within 30-45 minutes. An hour later when I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started. Received a rude response from the associate when I objected to the delay.My recommendation: use another location with staff who cares about the customer experience and does what they say they will.

Here for 35 minutes in line just to get a gallon of paint. No one has acknowledged my presence. Wish they had self serve! Avoid this location at all costs
