Gorgeous venue and the views are spectacular! This venue is far and close at the same time. Tucked away in the hill country it’s a hidden gem. Thank you Noel for being so welcoming and helpful! She absolutely made my first visit a great one!

What a beautiful venue! It was a pleasure live painting here. Staff were amazing and the venue was so lovely, both outdoors with the waterfalls in the ceremony space and in the reception hall.

Tens across the board. I recently photographed a wedding at Remi's Ridge on December 14, 2023 with the venue and staff being the most welcoming and helpful. A huge shoutout to Onyi in particular, who was by far the best coordinator I've worked with in the last 13 years of business. The bride, family, guests and other vendors along with myself had nothing but amazing comments about Onyi's professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and overall personality. We fell in love with her and Remi's Ridge!

If you are a Wedding Coordinator, beware of the time this facility allows for setup and take down....they allow one hour take down so you have to disrupt the guests to take down the table decor, that way whoever is paying for this venue can get their deposit back. It's a gorgeous place.....the management for this venue has unrealistic expectations though. (Could be why the tables you're given to decorate are sticky-not clean)

Sara was absolutely amazing. We got along very well, which wasn’t hard at all, and she was very informative with the venue and how they would accommodate to fit our vision. We’re now in contact with the planning team which are just as great. Venue is beautiful, staff is super friendly, so far 10/10!!

Went there for a wedding. Seemed a little un organizedOutdoor chairs little a white dust on everyone's clothes. Should have been wiped down better. Food was good.

This venue is isolated, and very private. Driving to the venue wasn't to bad, until the last 10 minutes. Being buy a Lake, it's very Hilly with tiny roads. Thank goodness for GPS, I would have never found it. Lol. Once you arrive, the venue is nice. I was surprised that the grass was dead. The date is October 21/2023, I don't know if they have water restrictions due to drought or what, or if it died for other reasons? The chairs that were used, left white marks on many of the guest. The back drop, waterfall was nice. The couple looked beautiful and the ceremony was amazing. The reception area is impressive. High ceilings with beautiful chandeliers. Restroom are clean and floors are also clean. The staff is on point and very kind and helpful. Over all my experience was a good one.

The venue is beautiful, but drive to location is dangerous, narrow roads, no street lighting. Venue is located inside a subdivision, hardly any signs to location.Staff not organized. Food was served very late. Cake was massacred by servers, they do not know how to cut appropriately. Water was spilled on dance floor by fog machine, staff error. Wedding party had limited space to dance, took staff almost 1 hour to clean up water, after many complaints from wedding guests. Outside lights is minimal, walking hazards everywhere. Several guests fell, but staff did nothing. Security staff just walked away. There was no supervisor to gain information and follow up on issues.

The scenery and esthetics of this venue are amazing. Unfortunately, some of the staff tainted this experience for us. Specifically, Dustin, the Manager. He was NOT helpful, often rude to us and eventually unresponsive to our needs. Onyi, our day of Coordinator was truly an Angel. She saved the evening. My daughters wedding was on Saturday evening. Friday evening they had another event in the space. The next day, when we arrived for our scheduled time, the venue was FILTHY. I only wish it could have been as clean as it was the day we decided to book.Not acceptable. The chairs for the service were dusty so everyone had white dust all over their tux's and formal dresses.The service for our seated meal was so slow that that people started eating the cookies we had at a cookie table. The food was not that great, but I guess for the amount of people we should have expected as such. The filet was not a filet, maybe a cut of roast? Either way, we did have a lovely time and in the end, the bride and groom were happy.

My daughter's wedding was 10/27/23. Our end of night encounter with the General Manager, Lisa Hardwick ruined the evening and upset both groom/bride not to mention us and the entire wedding party!!!!!! We paid a lot of money for our daughter's wedding and to be treated this way was completely uncalled for and appalling! Ms. Hardwick accused the groomsmen of doing something they didn't do. She informed me because of it I wouldn't get my deposit back! She said there were "cameras" in the grooms suite and they have proof. We asked to see "proof" to back up the accusations and she said that's the property of corporate and she would have to ask them. First of all it's illegal to have cameras anywhere someone is changing! Second, she lied to us as there are no cameras. Ms. Hardwick was condescending, rude, snippy and embarrassed me in front of family members. We had everything cleaned up except a big game table that was used for the wedding party entrance. My in laws were told they could pick up in the AM. Again, Ms. Hardwick was rude and ignorant to us even when we informed her our day of wedding coordinator told us we could pick up in the AM. She said it would be disposed of (this was made for my daughter by her husbands brother) and I would lose my deposit! Secondly, she tried to blame our day of coordinator, Kayci and another one, Onyi who wasn't even in charge of our wedding, regarding a mishap with Smirnoff that was an important part of pictures with the groomsman. Ms. Hadwick said she spoke to my daughter and she was fine with how they tried to rectify the situation. Actually, my daughter was not "fine" but tried to make the most of it. First of all, don't lie to me or threaten me that is not how you communicate and conduct business. What should have been the end of a spectacular evening, ended with this. Be very careful booking with this venue as there are a lot of complaints with management, miscommunication and not following through. While I don't expect things to be perfect I did expect some details that were important to my daughter to be adhered to especially with how much money we paid for everything. Before we signed a contract, we addressed concerns with reviews we had read on line. We were reassured they had addressed the issues. We also expressed our biggest fear was lack of communication and not having our wedding planner follow us through the whole event. Again, we were reassured that wouldn't happen. Our wedding planner was terminated a month before our wedding. We had to start all over having a meeting with a new one whom knew nothing about the details and my daughter's vision (not her fault). Turn over with staff or lack of is a huge issue. My daughter clearly stated in her plan she wanted no black, her colors were ivory and dusty blue. Black ended up on cocktail tables and even on the one at the altar. This was not her vision which she spent months planning. The tables were not set up right upon arrival. We lost a mirror that was borrowed and vases. The security person took an easel he said was the venues that we had ready to load. Clean up was a disaster because their cleaning crew just started moving everything while I was doing the send off! There were some compensations they tried doing as a result of everything but it didn't make up for the major mistakes involving the important details of the wedding and the way we were appallingly treated in the end. The planning document my daughter spent months in creating was not followed which was the vision for her big day! I am a business owner and this breaks my heart to give a 1 star review but I hope this company takes this review and provides training to their staff regarding customer service and rethinks their business model. I really wanted this to be a positive experience. Think twice about booking if you are concerned about details, your vision or clean up.

But that waterfall though?! Haha. But seriously, my husband and I couldn't be any happier with how our wedding turned out! Hidden Falls and their staff were beyond anything I could have dreamed to have during my wedding.From the private and scenic location to the amazingly helpful staff (Shout out to Kayci Peak! We love you!). Everything was perfect! The on location staff was terrific from start to finish (Planning, set up, take down, and everything in between). Hands down! Everyone was so great at helping make our day as wonderful and stress free as possible. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend!
