This Pizza Hut is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and taste like a normal Pizza Hut experience. Then other times it’s horrible. You won’t get your food for 1.5 hours. When you finally get the pizza it’s warm at best. It taste like it’s been under a good warmer for way too long. From someone who LOVES Pizza Hut pizza I am disappointed that this is my only option in Spring Branch. All of the other pizza chains have their crap together around here so I don’t understand why Pizza Hut can’t!

Ridiculous, place is always empty and I found out why. So after ordering 20 dollars worth of of food the guy behind the counter tells me the only way i can have some water is to buy a bottle of it? What???? Every other pizza hut in the world has cups of ice water????? We live in an upscale neighborhood with high standards come on get with it!!!!

Been going into this location for a year or so now. When I walk in the person behind the counter says, what can I get for you? I order what I wanted and waited for it to be made. This was not the case on my most recent visit. Walked up to the counter and the individual asked me for my phone number. I politely said I do not want to give my phone number. The individual then stated that they must have the phone number to place in order. I explained to them that I've been going here for a while and they just take my order. In short they could not take my order if I didn't give him my phone number so unfortunately, I did not place an order. I don't see the need to give people my information for any reason other than tracking where their customers are from. If I don't want to give any information I just want food then why can't I get food? Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Just got a dinner box from our Pizza Hut in Bulverde and it was really good. What was even better was the young man who was working the front and the kitchen area. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he definitely knows what customer service is all about!!! Made for a very enjoyable experience.

Sean the General Manager is amazing and went way out of his way to make things right at our last visit. We’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a while now because we love the stuffed crust on occasion. But this time, they made my pregnant girlfriend a happy lady. Foods always fresh and made on time at this place! Thanks Sean again.

I've been a Pizza Hut lover for years, and I refuse to patronize this location because of the terrible customer service. The employees don't seem to know what they're doing, as the woman who took my order said my address is in their delivery area. Then a manager, who was extremely difficult to understand called me to notify me that I was not in the delivery area and I'd have to pick it up. That wouldn't have been a problem if I could leave my house, which is not an option for me at the moment. The manager wasn't able to answer any questions and the even communicating that to me was a challenge for him.

We ordered take out last night and we were so happy with the pizza. We got a large double pepperoni, double bacon, olive, mushrooms, and jalapeño. It was great! We've gotten pizza there for years with a few orders that weren't up to par, but tonight it was very, very good! Good job Pizza Hut and thank you!

Order online. They are short on employees and take forever to get pizzas out if pizzas are ordered at the store.

carry out is smooth pizza is always fresh/delicous and more consistent compared to other placesalways happy to have after fishing and also family loves the wings herestuff crust pizza could be better idk for some reason it's always the pepperoni pizza is thinner than just ordering cheese

Mad for nothing like it was when I was younger gave me bad stomach for two days. Update, I ordered some pizza to have it delivered this was a while back and it was the wrong stuff when it was delivered so they delivered me the right pieces second time and the damn things were great! I don't understand why they don't make them That way every time but they can't seem to do it That's the only time I had good pizza from Pizza Hut although I don't order much from Pizza Hut but they were really good for once like they were when I was 18. I would get off work and stop and go at weidner and I-35 and it was already 11:30 so I ran over to the walzem Pizza Hut the only place open and got a personal fan pizza they were great pretty much every night for dinner but now it's almost impossible to get one like those were but I did

Mr.Tom made up for the night that our food was 11/2 late. He called me and gave us a coupon to bring us back. Hubby and I came in today and he went up and above my expectations. Plus the pizza was AMAZING! Thank you Tom for the great service ?P.S the fried apple pies are outta this world, a must try...?
