Mark took care of me above and beyond. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles and how can I help you. I had a awesome experience. Being a woman, it also made me feel good that he didn't try to over sell products. I got exactly what I needed. I love the people and their attention to their customers.

Chris is an outstanding employee. He sold me just what I needed and nothing i didn't, took the time to use a scan tool on my car and assisted me on the right tools and how to use them. I know jack about cars and it was no issue for him. Because of him, I'll always look for a Napa first when i need something for my car.

Grabbed a few items and needed a motor oil that wasn’t in stock at the moment, the staff told me I could order then pick up so I did and in less than an hour they called me saying the oil was there for pickup. Good customer service! ?
