Today i was shopping for two different orders at the Spring Branch Tx location.. Upon checkout I did let the bagger know which FYI was a Manager for 14 years, named Maria very politely if she can separate them so they don’t get messed up, she agreed and bagged maybe two of my items and asked me “Can you bag your own orders?” Stunned because I don’t get paid to bag my groceries and stating such..the bagger does and Maria happened to be there.. she proceeded to hop over to the next register and starts bagging! Maria visibly saw that I was irritated due to her unprofessionalism ignored me for the next few minutes, walked off and didn’t say Thank you and she didn’t really ask me she just expected me to bag.. if she would have maybe asked in a professional way and manner I wouldn’t have minded. Bye.

The store is very nice and organized, but the employees on the self check out are more interested in talking to each other than asking if they can help (lifting cases of water for older person)

Cary really went the extra mile to help me yesterday after I got distracted and forgot to use my coupons. Which I wouldn't normally follow up on... my mistake - my loss but I bought several extra things from the "beauty" area bc all products were 25% off. And this isn't my "home" HEB so I was so appreciative for his time and assistance!

You can find everything in this supermarket. There is also a pharmacy, a home store and a general store inside the supermarket. Wow

Love this store! Had been going up IH 35 to 3009 but traffic and construction is getting to be so busy-this store has everything and is much easier to get to!

Love there food and produce. This is the place to het flowers for the better half, there selection is beautiful. There plants are always healthy and reasonably priced
