The people in the pharmacy are very rude and unprofessional unwilling to try and help you. Would not recommend anyone to use this location.

This CVS location is my go to pharmacy! I literally drive 30 minutes (an hour round trip) because the pharmacy staff here is kinder and faster than any other CVS in my area!

This pharmacy has repeatedly let me down and impeded my family’s access to urgent prescriptions. They made multiple decisions on our behalf that slowed down antibiotics for a serious bacterial infection that my toddler had. They decided it was too expensive, that the doctor should choose another option, and then that it shouldn’t be ordered because it was a special order. We never received the prescription. On several other occasions they did not “receive “ the prescription, but the doctors triple checked that it was sent in correctly. All around terrible service, especially when you really, truly need it.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. I love that they have a pharmacy drive-thru. They text me when my orders are ready for pick-up. I can shop online. They can mail my orders. I can get my flu shot and get free Covid tests.

For the second time in the last couple of months I was told that a prescription my insurance covers was not covered. The first time after calling my insurance company and doctor I was told they ran it on the wrong insurance (I haven't changed insurance in the last 3 years-- I have no idea whose insurance they tried to run it on). This week again I was told a prescription was no longer covered under my insurance. When I asked her to double check, I got a lecture that my insurance could drop coverage at any time by the clerk. When I told her I was sure it was covered, I was told I would have to pay full price, or get the generic at full price which was slightly cheaper. Again, I wasted an hour or so calling my insurance company and checking on the CVS website-- sure enough, my medication was covered. The only explanation I was given was that they tried to run the generic which wasn't covered. I gave the clerk the name brand and she pulled up my file so should have known what to run. I have had all of my regular prescriptions on regular refills and suddenly I am not getting refill notifications. When i asked about this I was told "CVS broke the system you will just have to keep track and call yourself we don't know when it will be fixed."Today I called to refill a prescription and was told that the refill request was wrong. The clerk checked with her manager and said she could run it, insurance was approving it. About 10 minutes later then I got a call from Rebecca saying I was asking her to do something illegal. Not at all true, and her tone of voice was nasty and argumentative from the time I said hello. Everyone makes mistakes and has off days but 2 horrific experiences in 1 week makes me wonder what is going on at this CVS. We have been customers here since they opened and always appreciated their knowledge and kindness over the years. With the new druggist and team that is no longer our experience at this CVS.I asked Rebecca for her district manager's name because of the multiple problems and Rebecca's incredibly rude tone and she refused to give it to me.

Absolutely great! They had my Rx ready before I even arrived, after leaving the Dr. Office. The pharmacist was very friendly and quick.

BEWARE OF PHARMACISTName : David Moises CanoHe doesn’t only have an unprofessional aspect but He should not be vaccinating people, I went to get My Covid Vaccine ( Moderna) and When I enter in the little room they have for people to get vaccinated, He introduced the EMPTY syringe ? in my right arm ( just AIR) and Apologized after because it had nothing inside so then He discarded that syringe and needle and opened a new one and proceeded to fill it up with the Covid Vaccine; right now Im having a very bad skin reaction and fear that the first syringe was a used one. Im currently being taking care of my allergy reaction with a Dermatologist. Make yourself a favor and Do not get your vaccinations there (CVS Spring Branch, Texas)

They messed up my prescription 2 months in a row and can't fix it. Don't use this location. They are useless. If my insurance worked anywhere else, I wouldn't use cvs at all.
