Place is terrible! Picked up pants and they were not even starched or creased, had a shirt missing. It smells awful in there !

I’ve used them before and my clothes came back smelling like mildew and I was going to let it go and not review, just count it off. However the woman working the store came out to yell at me for being in the drive through of the business next door and rolled her eyes and was extremely upset simply because the lady working couldn’t park a truck right and decided that I was the problem. Very very rude staff, and poorly done work. Do not come here if you want things clean, or if you’re looking for polite staff.

In the beginning of December I dropped off a pair of pants to get hemed 2 ins. I was told they would be ready no later than December 22nd (wasn't ready by the 22nd) so after Christmas I called to check status and they hadn't even started. I was told that alterations are sent to a lady named Rose who is the manager of the cowboy cleaners off Blanco/Hubner. I was told they would be in in a couple of days so I checked back and still nothing. The manager Lara called Rose and had me talk to her. Rose told me the pants were on the delivery truck on the way. I was there when the driver arrived but there were no pants. Rose then changed her story and said she would get them out the next morning. Still several days later.. no pants. Finally on January 9th, I go to pick up the pants and I'm shocked at the horrible hem job. She hemed 3 in instead of two so they are too short and she used white thread on a dark pair of pants. One of the owners said I could fill out a claim form but didn't know how long it would take because she had to show it to her sister. Bad business! Whatever reason to not have them done on time.. Don't lie to your customers and when the job is not done properly... make it right.Service: Alterations

Great hometown cleaners! Personable, competent and timely; never had a bad experience over last 2 years. They replaced a broken button for me, that’s above and beyond. Lara, the manager is great!

This place looks dirty, and smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Also very overpriced. Wish I could give a minus 5 star rating. Will never go back!

I wish I could give zero stars. You bring you clothes to a cleaner with the expectation of them being clean. When I drop my clothes off, I was reluctant to leave them there because the place smelled like cigarettes smoke. When I picked them up it was no surprise that the place still smelled like cigarette smoke, because the owner was in the back smoking cigarettes with the door open. This time there was a mixture of cigarettes and BO. I get that if you want to smoke cigarettes that’s fine, that’s your choice. But don’t do it in your workplace and contaminate all of the clothes that you supposedly clean. They offered to clean them again when I called back. Yea I don’t think so.

Over priced and unreliable. Place smells like an ash tray. Went back multiple times and laundry not ready as promised. The staff hired is very nice and means well but poor ownership. WAY overpriced and no drive-thru.
