This is the only Big’s location that I go to in my area. I love the selection & the employees! I do not suggest the HWY 46 West, in Spring Branch, The employees are exceedingly RUDE!

I love coming to this store sometimes I drive 15 minutes out of my way to go here very polite workers and a great atmosphere with many different choices!

Living in the hill country has certain drawbacks which we are known, and therefore acceptable. For example, if you decide you want to “run to the store” its usually at-least a 5-10+ mile round trip thats gonna take no less than 20-30 minutes. Another drawback is knowing that, with the exception of Whataburger, pretty much everything closes down at 10:00. What gets ridiculous though is when the only two gas stations you have even remotely close to you both have employees that feel its ok to close up shop 10-15 minutes early every single night, even though the sign on the door says 10:00PM.

I work at Bigs #107 in the kitchen. I know for my part and my coworkers in the kitchen, that we do our best to have hot food ready. We are always very polite with the customers and make sure that they get what they order and maybe a little extra, if it's appropriate. The store side is really busy all the time, which can create a long line. If the kitchen is not very busy, we will check out the store customers to help relieve the backlog. Although we cannot do gas at the kitchen register. The food is great. We have chicken tenders, bone-in chicken, shrimp, on certain days we have jalapeno poppers. We always have biscuits and fish besides being able to get"sides" with your order. We have daily specials besides a full menu. Did I mention Pizza.... whole pizzas or by the slice. We also have a take and bake pizza and made to order.I'm not just pumping them up because I work there. I have eaten the food and worked the register besides cooking and serving and doing the dishes and mopping the floor, taking out the trash...etc. Everyone in the kitchen does whatever is needed. If you come by Bigs #107 near the corner of Hwy 46 and FM3159, Stop in and say hello.Bob

I went there tonight July 1, 2021, at 10:30 P.M. and they were playing disgustingly profanity on the music speakers. Such words as were coming out of the speakers should not be heard by my children or anyone for that matter. I went and spoke to a young lady through the door as they were locked up. I complained about the profanity in front of children and she asked the store manager who was playing the music to turn it off which he did. He seemed offended that he could not offend others with such filth.

Awful! The employees attempt to force masks when the Gov of Tx says optional!!! Never support this anti American business!!! Additionally if you're a young lady - DO NOT CONE HERE IN CUTE CLOTHES, or KEVIN will harass you!!!

Horrible woman at the front! I have endured her nastiness for more than two years now! She needs to work in the back and not have anything to do with customer service! Their cards were not working at the pump and I had to go inside to give cash. This was not my fault. She yelled and screamed at me and then told me she was not going to wait on me. The other man that was there turned his back and walked away. Is him this how you conduct business? Like I said for two years I have gone inside and made purchases and tried very hard to turn her scowl upside down. She literally snarls at me and I expect drool to come out of her mouth. I will never set foot in this establishment again. I have given them my business for ten years. Never again.

I went into the store 3 different times on 3 consecuative days looking for an application...they only have paper applications(i was told they don't do online applications,at one point the owner was supposedly there and he couldn't pull out one ) and apparently keep none in stock....I'm not one for conspiracy theories usually but when a guy with no criminal record comes looking to fill out an application and you refuse to let him even do that i'm pretty sure you've violated some piece of federal law...this will be the last time i ever go over there....

Ive been going here for for years. It's always clean always has what I need. The local owners did sell out to a foreigner . He doesn't seem very friendly and Some employees left. Employees don't smile like they used to but everything is always running smoothly.

Went in to cash lotto at 8:49 pm clerk on duty playing on his phone no interested in why I was there. Then he rudely ask me how much I won the I told him to give my tickets back and left.

I'm an employee At STORE 207, and aside from a select few customers causing a ruckus over the mandatory requirement of wearing a mask due to the current CO-VID-19. The polite regulars and passers by make the job a joy. I love working for the Big's Franchise, and I love my co-workers. Stop in at your convenience for friendly customer service. THANK YOU!!! This store is great ! The fried chicken is the best. The people behind the counter are always nice and the store is very neat and clean. I stop here often to get gas, even if it might be a few cents more. I enjoy coming to this store.
