Amazingly positive experience with Hanna, Mackenzie and the rest of the staff in Boerne. They listened, took time with me, were compassionate, and are working with me to resolve my issues. Highly recommend!

I just want to point out that this is my first EVER negative review in public. Dr Terry has absolutely no compassion. The prescription refill line is completely ineffective. Not once in two years did my refills get done in time without having to call and follow up at least twice. The final straw was him refusing to fill until I saw him which I understand but I should have been told this at the previous refill. I had to wait a month and he refused to do a partial until I could get an appt. He finally agreed to a partial after about 7 calls. He simply could not care less about my well being. His nurse practitioners are great and I’m sad I do have to leave them but I simply cannot return to this practice.

They never ever respond to the pharmacy and refill anything. I always have to call them to try and get it done. Even then, that doesn't work. They have a prescription line that's a joke. I would think twice about having them as your dr. I came in with horrible pain. A referral was promised. 3 weeks later I called, they gave me a referral for a dr I was already seeing. Then she found the right one, and told me to call them to make an appointment. They never received a referral from the dr. Nobody cares.

I have been a patient of mercy since they moved into the big building in spring branch. They started out great then very very quickly went downhill. If I wanted to see a new NP every time I went I'd go to a walk in clinic. It's no longer personal it's become so so bad here lately that I have officially left. It's quite disheartening because the way it's gone it seems someone got extremely money hungry. Opening two new offices when your first one can't even get their stuff together nor can keep staff? Yikes.

I got there on time they did my blood pressure work and all that, she was really nice took me back to room to wait on the doctor and waited and waited, they totally forgot about me and they were so unprofessional never never go there again. They were all laughing out in the hall and everything and no one even cared that I was in that room by myself for over an hour. The doctor never pulled my chart up or nothing just told me go home and do this and do that and I would be fine. I can’t believe they’re still open!!! The only person that was professional was the girl that took me back and got my blood pressure. The Front end staff is absolutely terrible and rude!!!!

First impression was not great. I came in for an annual exam and labs. I'd been fasting all morning. An hour goes by in the wait room. I keep hearing staff saying "I don't know" to questions from patients, and another staff member even said they don't have a fax number. Red flags shoot up. I ask other patients if that is normal, how do they not know what is going on with anything they are asked. They shrug and tell me they wait forever for everything done here. I was not impressed with this particular office but remain interested in their other locations due to all the good reviews and most especially because Dr. Terry was so open to this feedback and didnt get defensive about it. That is so important in a business. I will continue my hunt for an organized, timely, and knowledgable office. Would love to continue to update this review with positive light. I don't like leaving negative reviews.

My first visit to the Boerne location was great I was very happy with the nurse practitioner medical assistant the services that my daughter received however I'm not happy about the medication refills. I told him P Hannah that my daughter needed her meds refilled it was never done as I learned when I went to get a refill. I left a detailed message on what medications I was requesting in the portal and also the pharmacy that I instructed them to send to in Leon Springs on July 8, 2022. On July 15 I've had to call the office ' cause the meds were still not filled and left a detailed message prior to noon when the office closes on which medications again needed filled to the Leon Springs Walmart pharmacy. I never get a phone call back and instead I am emailed that a medication that I do not need boo propria on for my daughter was sent to the Spring branch Walmart pharmacy a pharmacy that is over a 45 minute drive. I just don't understand how hard it is to listen and read a message and get it correct for the patient so now my daughter must suffer again for a weekend now without medications. I really consider the whole package when choosing to use a new provider and I feel that I have done my part but I'm not having the receiving the same attention to resolve this matter.

I would give five stars but we can't get the billing taken care of. We receive random bills from six months ago. When we call nobody answers the phone or calls you back. We are planning on leaving them do to lack of communication.

The office is clean and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were polite and greeted you with a smile. I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Mund and couldn't have been happier with her. Dr. Mund was very informative and down to earth.

Started out as a good place. Does not return calls. Called in prescription I was allergic to and would not call the pharmacy back. Many wrong diagnosis. Read the next door ap and you will see I am not the only one. You never see the Dr and never see the same NP. It's a new world each visit, they are not personal and don't know you!

Overall, everyone is helpful and has a responsibility. However, the scheduling person was supposed to call me 2 weeks ago to schedule a follow up appt, never happened. Instead, I called her and the recording I received today, at 4:45pm on a Wed, was that it was after office hours, etc. I thought the office was open later than 4:45pm. I'll call again tomorrow and hope that I can get a med check appointment for next week. I do have a problem getting prescriptions refilled. I see NP every 3 months, so it's not like I'm an unknown patient. I contact the Pharmacy to refill a prescription, they contact Doctor's office and I don't get a refill. I allow 5-7 days for refills. Doctor's office says they didn't receive request from Pharmacy and Pharmacy says they didn't receive refill from Doctor or NP. I visited the NP this last time pretty quickly so I could get a refill (I went too long without new thyroid med refill) and she said she called in a 14 day prescription. Pharmacy never received it. This has happened more than once. Tired of everyone's excuses. How come Doctor's office and Pharmacy are not able to communicate? Same as another patient: whoever thought it was a good idea or design to weigh and measure patients in the middle of the main hallway should never be allowed to make another decision again. It further illustrates the lack of consideration for the patient here. I'm hoping for improvement, or I'll search for 4th family physician. I gave 4 stars, because NP is addressing my 3 main medical concerns and I'm satisfied with that.

I have been a patient of Dr..Terry's s for over a year.I got to meet a few PAs and even an MD.I was diagnosed with an infestation of mites and scabies and had impetigo was being treated by the staff AND his own MD who was able to control it.Aftet a year for the first time I met Dr Terry I begged him to refill my last meds and he refused. He gave me a penicillin shot. And He said scabies don't come back.He doesn't t know what recurrence of infestation is!Therefore I was reinfected withAnother infestation and my impetigo worsenedI was forced to go to tractor supply for ivermectin.meant for cattle and elsewhere for Bactrim and muciprocinI am doing great now thank God.Dr Terry is family board certified; well he needs ro go back to school to be recertified.I do not wish this on anyone!I suggest if you have a sever health problem...DO NOT GO TO DR AARON TERRY!!!

I went in to see Dr. Terry due to heart palpitations. His staff was very helpful in testing me for many different things, however Dr. Terry was very dismissive of my concerns. He told me they were due to "anxiety" (which I expressed that I knew it wasn't anxiety and he dismissed me), then he said he "didn't feel it was necessary" to see a cardiologist when I asked. I ignored his advice and saw a cardiologist afterwards, and was told I had SVT, in which I needed a cardiac ablasion. I felt very ignored by Dr. Terry due to me being a young female, and as it turned out I had a very serious health issue that he was quick to overlook. This is not the type of care I feel comfortable with, nor would recommend.

If you want to feel like a faceless file and insurance card, by all means, this is the clinic for you. I wouldn't have an issue with the endless rotation of countless nurse practitioners, if it meant that my needs would be addressed in a timely manner, but good luck with that. Instead, one is transferred from one representative to another, until one is instructed to leave a voicemail to schedule an appointment. Messages for the NPs aren't returned and, even if you literally just saw them, you have to schedule and come in for a follow up appt before you can get an updated prescription, even if it's one that was just discussed in the appointment you'd just had. There is zero doctor/patient connection, to the point that it feels like that was the goal of the clinic. NPs move on quickly and does Dr. Terry even work at this point? You really are just whatever has been jotted down in your file. Also, whoever thought it was a good design to weigh and measure patients in the middle of the main hallway should never be allowed to make another decision again. It further illustrates the lack of consideration for the patient here. I'm done.
