I want to extend a sincere and heartfelt apology for the initial review I left regarding my experience with A-OK Auto Sales. My previous words were spoken in a moment of great stress, and I recognize now that they carried more weight than I intended. When we’re under pressure, it’s easy to let emotions guide our actions, and I deeply regret that I allowed this to happen.
We are all flawed humans, prone to mistakes, especially when we’re overwhelmed. But I’ve learned that it’s important to step back, reflect, and correct those mistakes when we see them.
I also want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the way AOK Auto handled our situation. They were understanding and accepting, helping us navigate the issues with our car in a manner that was both honorable and respectful. They listened to our concerns and assisted us truthfully, which allowed us to address the car's problems with integrity. Despite the challenges, they made it possible for us to take our car back without any ill feelings, and for that, we are truly grateful.
I urge the community not to hold my first review as something of importance, as it does not accurately reflect the reality of our experience. I realize now that it was written in haste, guided by emotion rather than clarity.

“Worked here from 2009 to late 2012. Great people with a great work ethic. Looking back on it I learned a lot from Frank and Brian and I hope they are doing well. I miss turning wrenches on old rat rods while jamming 9.37 the arrow. Brian always talked about opening a Hot Rod shop and doing that full time and I wish he would had went that route, I’d still be there.”
